Worst representation of a realtor I have ever encountered!!! Apparently, Unless you are selling a high dollar home, i am not relevant to this company. I recently agreed to work with one of their agents Arrielle Hopkins and once the house was listed on the MLA site it was downhill from there all the hype she promised regarding excellent service was a flock. I barely heard from this woman with any follow-up on the selling of my property without chasing her down. I was literally locked out of my own property because this company couldn't even give me my lockbox code for 2 hours, I even spoke with the owner of the company that day and apparently he had more important things going on than to assist me. Just terrible service and a total waste having my property listed with them. No wonder I didn't receive ONE VIEWING!! I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION to determine if I can be compensated for the 5 months wasted when I could have been with someone actually marketing my property, they even lied about creating a 360 video for my house, as they promised. Was trying to do my own scouting for potential buyers, And these people couldn't even send me a link to share with a couple people that were interested in my property!!! SMH.
