Never shopped in express before. Went in looking for a white button up for my husband. The ladies that were there were extremely helpful and found exactly what he was looking for. Will definitely be going back.

Very poor customer service. When I asked the gentleman in the Hawaiian shirt if they carried distressed jeans, he looked at me with a disgusted expression—as if his sense of style were somehow superior. I remember working at Express, where we took pride in representing the company with professional attire: crisp dress shirts and slacks. That level of presentation and respect is clearly missing here.
Absolutely lacking in customer service. Was not as much as said hello to and not just by one but by three sales associates. Clothing selections were dated... definitely not what was advertised online.
Looked at different things on the website. Then went into the store to pick up a belt. The store was clean and the staff was nice.
Horrible experience. Service way worse than one star. No help. Item was over there. Wrong items in wrong place. No customer service skills at all.

By far, the worst Express I have ever been to. Staff was unprofessional and apparently had no time for myself and the other customers in the store.
I had to get last minute Christmas gifts and the sales associates were very helpful considering the store was being torn apart by other rude customers
