They need more promotion for men clothes. But very good place.
I felt the side looks from the staff and wasnt helped at all. I didnt appreciate them at all and ended up not buying anything. Instead i went to the express at the la cantera which is way nicer.

They have a perfect service. The guy name Estevan he is very very nice and friendly. He is willing to help me and some other clients in same time. This made me very very happy . He is a professional guy. The Express store has an excellent employee . Thanks Estevan 👍💯
The staff was friendly. When i checked out, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons. She said “no” & gave me a coupon I could start using on 11/29. I got home, I had coupons that started 11/27. Called the store, explained the situation. She told me to hold on, I’m assuming she was going to ask the manager. Another employee picked up, which I’m sure was the store manager. She asked some questions, I answered them and was told I could bring my merchandise for a price adjustment. I asked for her name, politely, so I could reference her when I went for the price adjustment and she told me “YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW THAT”….. WOW….I said ok, thank you & I hung up. I’ve NEVER been told that before. WOW. I’m just going to return everything and will NEVER shop EXPRESS again! ( and she’s hiring for the holidays. You don’t want to work with someone who speaks to her customers like that)

Very disappointed at the store at Ingram; they sent me a wrong size on a pants I bought online. So I went there for exchange because the pants is no longer available. My request for exchange was declined because I cut the tag. I will not return to that store ever again. You guys just lost a valuable customer.
The locations was busy, good service and fast even with being so pack. To my surprise they had bakery next to it too! In which I took a dive! Horchata was priceless, my food warm and delicious!!!
I visited the express store located at Ingram park mall here in San Antonio,TX. As soon as I walked into the store I was not greeting nor was I informed about any store promotions. When I decided to try some items on there were no employees in site and took 7 minutes for someone to finally assist us. I had to get out of line to find someone to open the door to the dressing rooms and the employees were talking and not doing there job correctly. The employee by the name of Amarico opened the fitting room door he rolled his eyes and swung the door open as if it was a hassle for him. He didn?t even bother saying if we needed anything he would be happy to assist us. Later on as I finished purchasing items he was in the front of the store and didn’t bother saying goodbye or saying thank you for shopping with us. As a valued express customer I have never yet have experienced this in any other express stores and has been one of the worst experiences I have dealt with.
