5 stars! I don't buy my starters or alternators anywhere but here. Excellent customer service. Never have a problem with these gentleman. They do great work.
This place of business is horrible. I went there two different times and got two alternators that did not work. I do not recommend this place.. I'm on my way to get a refund right now.
Needed alternator for 1998 Volvo S70. Removed, rebuilt, and installed at a far better value than anyone else in town. Great service and just an overall great experience. Oh and it has a warranty.
Great experience. They had a starter in stock there to swap with mine. I was in and out. 5min. Only $80 new starter over $300
Excellent Service. Been going there off and on for over 20 years since I was a Young Teenager. Just make sure to ask questions about their Warranty Policy and Keep your Receipts Handy !!! Other than that, They are Great to do buisness with Often for BOTH Rebuilding Starters and Alternators or having your existing one Tested.
I have been recommending this business now for over 30 years. If they don't have the part you need, just bring your own, and they will rebuild it in under 30 minutes (alternator/starter) for any make of vehicle.
I really am appalled at how he runs business now this is the second vehicle I've taken here that he told me it was something else instead of just doing what I asked him to do. Brought my Mazda up for a starter and because I have a oil leak he told me my motor was blown. Had it towed home and my brother changed the starter. MY CAR STARTED RIGHT UP!. BUT THANK YOU GOD FOR NOT PUTTING MONEY INTO THIS COMPANY HANDS. IT USED TO BE A STAND UP BUSINESS NOW, THEY HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDES AND BAD DIAGNOSIS SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! MY FIRST CAR WAS A GRAND AM, WHICH I NEEDED A STARTER HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A FLYWHEEL. WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY TOLD ME HE PUT A FAULTY STARTER ON MY VEHICLE AND NOTHING WAS EVEN WRONG WITH MY FLYWHEEL! GO TO ARMITAGE ELECTRIC CO OR C&C STARTERS & ALTERNATORS BUT DEFINITELY NOT HERE!!!!
A friend of mine highly recommend this business. The alternator in my car stopped working. I started pricing a replacement online. Not as cheap as they used to be 30 years ago. LOL My friend told me to call them and get a price on rebuilt alternator. I was more than shocked! So much cheaper than what I had found online. My buddy gave me a ride to pick it up. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Got the alternator installed and it works perfectly! I would definitely recommend this business.
The Good. They saved me a lot of money for an alternator. $80.00 instead of $250.00 or $350.00 The bad. Customer service isn't so great. Only a 4 month warranty. But I would recommend them if you're on a low budget. Beats going to pick n pull and taking a chance on a alternator that may or may not work. Theirs works!!! 🙂
