Best prices in the city for an alternators. Brought one for my convertible Chrysler sebring for $60.00.. not bad considering everyone else wanted $212.00. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an alternator or starter. And your on a budget.. best deals..

Never had an issue with this place . Always fairly priced and honest about what I need . Obscure rare part ? He can repair it with ease ... Want a high output chrome plated alternator , dudes got you covered .
He needs a receptionist, and someone for the front counter. He appears to be good at his job and knowledgeable. If your not in a rush he will take care of you. But if your in a time crunch you’d best ask before leaving your parts or call ahead.
This place rocks. I called them the night before I came in, and they already rebuilt an alternator for me. In and out in just a few minutes. Part fit and works as intended. Thanks, and I will be back soon for another one.

Nope! Nope! I shouldn’t have listened to the suggestion to come here. I have a 2018 Kia Forte and my car started acting up and I went and got the alternator checked here and they informed me that it was bad. Quoted me 250 for the part and install which is good but after the replacement my car was still having trouble; I also didn’t get my old alternator back… it was not “fixed” it was replaced with an aftermarket part. I subsequently went and got the alternator read at a different place and it was still showing up as bad alternator so I took the car to the Kia dealership for a diagnostic; they showed where the replacement alternator was not properly plugged into my car and held there with Tape leading for me to be charged $100 by Kia to plug it in properly. So of course I’m livid. I called 10/20… nobody answered; left a detailed voicemail. Called today and explained the situation again and he scoffed, chuckled, gloated that they’ve been in business for 30+ years, and told me to bring in my car so he can see how it’s in there now. I was trying to explain that I’m at work until 5 and he hung up in my face. Save yourself the grief. Do business elsewhere. Maybe if you’re just getting a replacement part but installation wise? No

They rebuild starters & alternators for every make and every model of car !!!!! Way better than AutoZone or O'Riley They will rebuild your starter or alternator and do the labor to install it in your vehicle !!!!! I give them 5 STARS of APPROVAL !!!!!!!! They are reasonable They are honest They are hardworking They are respectable They are Awesome All work comes with Warranty !!!! This place is a life saver when you need an alternator and you don't have a lot of cash for repairs. I've been using their services for years. My only advice is make sure your alternator isn't in a place where it can get wet from splashing water and do not wash your engine and get the alternator wet.
Was looking at an expensive alternator repair on our Oddysey. The part alone cost $270 after core rebate. Went to East-West in the morning and dude told me they didn't have the alternator, but that he'd rebuild the old one if I could bring it in. Pulled the old one and when I showed up in the afternoon, he dropped a shiny, rebuilt matching alternator on the counter. He said he'd found one a rebuilt it that day. Charged me what he said he would, and it was a fraction of what I would have paid at a chain store or online. The van is running great, and I could not be more pleased with the service. Will definitely go back or refer anyone their way.
