I watched as their building under went renovations and to be honest it’s party why I decided to use them. Besides the great review status already they clearly are making moves to stay relevant. They have a 24 hr option available which for myself who is usually working during normal business hours this really helps streamline the process. Also the first class level care you do get when you work with the personnel makes them a go to clear we in memphis. Basically I can’t recommend them enough

I love that I can pick up and drop off my clothes 24 hrs per day
Staff were super friendly and helpful. The entire repair of my 15 year old, wool, L.L. Bean coat was seamless from drop off to pick up. Drake staff ordered a zipper to match the original and the appearance of my coat is like new. I will take any and all cleaning and alterations to Drake Cleaners and Alterations.
Extremely happy with the customer service and finished product. I had them preserve my wedding dress and remove wine stains. They even made adjustments to it after it was packed so that I was 100% happy. Money well spent. Thanks, team!
Came here on two occasions to get a suit jacket and pants altered and happy with the results. Both times they were ready a day or two early.
What an absolutely perfect experience, from start to finish. Everyone was so professional and nice. They all but reconstructed our daughter’s wedding dress. The first fitting as they were going thru all the things to be done, my first thought was ‘Yikes! How can they do all of that?’ But before we left, I thought “if they said they were going to saw my arm off, reassemble it and then sew it back on” I’d say ‘Sure!” My trust was not misplaced. Cannot praise these women enough.
Sport coats were well cleaned and done in a VERY timely manner. Love the self-serve technology, but with people to there to help if needed.
