The most trusted physician I know
Been waiting for over 1 hr for a simple delivery of results. Not even an actual test/checkup. Service was delayed as well in previous visit. Staff does not seem to know much regarding the services provided at their own clinic. What’s the point of scheduling time if you cannot provide service as planned? Dissatisfying experience overall.
Bad customer service! I signed up for a week, said that I would pay myself and my insurance does not cover their clinic, and they signed me up. But 1.5 hours before the appointment, they called and said that they did not accept new clients without insurance. This is disrespect for clients, indifference to people, to refuse to see a doctor in this way!
It has taken me 8 years to get around to writing this report, but through those years, my wife and myself have had A+ care from Dr. Kamenetsky and her staff. We are thankful for all of them!
Dr Kamenetsky is both practical and kind. Going to the doctor isn't the most fun way to spend an afternoon but she makes it easier!
Office staff was very pleasant didn't have to wait long to be seen once in the back Dr was very punctual and thorough and professional i wish I would found her way sooner I give her and her staff a 5+

Lovely experience. A thoughtful and caring physician.
This doctor took money from my wife during her doctor's appointment. They also took money from the insurance company. When my wife called them and asked for her money back, they lied about it. It took them 8 months and they just refunded the money back to the insurance company - not my wife! We spent hours on the phone with the insurance company and this doctor's office.
