I've been here a handful of times over the last few months and have had a wonderful experience every time! The servers and bartenders were very attentive and kind. The manager, Lucas, was very active around the restaurant and checked in on us several times to ensure we were having a great night. Highly recommend their "Cold Pizza" and their cocktails!
Super nice staff but second time in 2 days I found hard plastic shards in my drink. Had a smoothy on Wednesday, and had noticed hard plastic shards in my mouth. Drank about half of the drink before noticing. The drink had tons of seeds in it so idk how much plastic I ate. They apologized a lot. Said it was most likely from there blender and that they threw it away. Today on Friday I went ahead and got a smoothie again. Once again there was hard plastic shards in my drink. Luckily this time I noticed after just a few sips. It's hard to tell with all the seeds but since this just happened a few days ago I was a bit more cautious, and caught it before drinking half of it like last time. What concerns me is that the person seated near me was also drinking the exact same smoothie as me, and after I had the same problem again they did not take his smoothie away. I'd bet he drank a bunch of plastic shards unknowingly. The drink has so many seeds in it it's hard to tell unless you chew on it and spit it out to see what the heck it is. 1st time I drank half of it before I got suspicious... These are hard plastics. Hard enough to tare up your intestines.
Great find for my first time in Kansas City! I was between the chicken with creamed corn and the pork cutlets and my waitress highly recommended the chicken so that’s what I ordered. Great decision! Loved it! Waitress was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Would definitely go again! Lots of other great looking options on the menu.
Food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly in a bright, sophisticated atmosphere.
The service is great here and the food is delicious. If you go here for just cocktails in the evening they are on point
Everything was great. Drinks were great, fast and delicious. Lauren gave herself an extra $10 in a tip after we left. I paid with a card left a cash tip and on the “tip” line I wrote “cash” and she took and additional tip. Unfortunate too, we really liked this bar.
Service was great but food was super underseasoned 😕 actually unsure how they got the high ratings, would venture elsewhere if you’re downtown
My husband and I came here after we left another restaurant nearby due to an unfortunate dining experience. He ordered a pasta dish, I got the nachos. Our food did take a while to come out (my only reason for the 4 star service) but was noticeably fresh when we got it! The waiter was kind and attentive. I loved that they had non-alcoholic drinks on their seasonal menu - as a pregnant person I really appreciated that detail. We ordered brownies and cake pops to-go, which came out quickly and were great!
OMG!!! This place is awesome. So beautiful and I love the service. Biscuits and gravy is bomb. Everything is fancy. I saw another post saying it’s expensive, it’s not. Just expect to pay for what you order lol
This cocktail lounge and restaurant is part of Hotel Indigo at 11th and Baltimore in the financial district in downtown KC. It is classy and the cocktails are delicious. They range in price from $8-14 and the bartenders were very friendly. I did not try any food. There were 7 large TVs in the lounge making it easy to watch sports or something. It is also a coffee shop if you need some morning joe. Worth checking out!
