This company sucks. I purchased a package for a bar brawl that they aren’t even doing now. They accepted my money and I’m having to jump through hoops to get my refund. I’ve emailed the management team like they said and no response. It’s been a while month. NEVER give this company your business.

A fraudulent company. I would give less than one star if I could. We booked a pink Cadillac for a birthday and as a finale to our trip to America. No Cadillac ever showed up. We were very disappointed.

Not even worth 1 star. They take your money under false pretences and do not refund when they cannot fulfil their promises.

Scam this is criminal! Not worth the one star. I haven’t been refunded my money. No one answers the phone, cannot leave a voicemail mailbox full, and no one responds to emails. It’s a scam.

DEFINATELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They notified my brother on the day of their wedding that the venue had changed and now refuses to refund them their money.

Rachel and sebastian are con artists. Their whole business has been a proven scam. The likelyhood of your money being stolen with these criminals is high, look elsewhere!

This company also does business as A Chapel of Love in Las Vegas! They are an aftercare nightmare place to deal with! I know it is the same place because they share the same address and the dual names to deceive you. So by the time they are done with you, you have dealt with A Chapel, Destination Las Vegas, Shootproof, Dropbox. Destination Las Vegas does the photos with Shootproof and they do the video with Dropbox. Such a shame Shootproof and Dropbox have to deal with them ping pinging clients. BECAUSE you are not the photographer nor videographer they tell you that is who you have to deal with and so you try to contact someone at the chapel or with Destination and you get ping ponged back to shootproof or Dropbox. They are hoping you spend time and focus on getting any prints that by the time you get to review the video of your Burning Love Unique Ceremony you can't hear Elvis sing Burning Love! They don't even tell you up front. You have to discover it yourself. I reported to the BBB, Nevada Consumer Affairs, whom I was referred to by the Attorney General Of Nevada's Office with consumer affairs phone number!. They offered "reimbursement of some kind". To which I gave a logical breakdown of what I thought fair. Was met with $30 counter and an apology the amount "is not what you expected." I said, you right that is sorry and what I expected a video of my ceremony I was happy to pay $75 for and did pay for to be met with being ignored, to being offered less than half for a half completed job. Seriously, that is what they told me!!!!. Finally they sent me a computer generated invoice claiming to have reimbursed me $81.53. Threating me if I did not remove my review under the chapel google reviews. That was on April Fool's day 2024 and my bank has yet to get that reimbursement, "For irrepairable damaged digital media." I gave them 2 mailing address an option to mail a check since refunding the money to my debit card they had some complications they were tryimg to resolve, gave them more the 6 months time to make it right and still refused to reimburse some small time like me and the amount is too small to take to small claims court. So they figure you have to drop it. plus most leave the state of Nevada, city of Las Vegas, the wedding capitol of the world, and not plan to come back. They TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU by it being so cheap, and deceptive and negligent to customer complaints. It is not like the consumer affaairs nor attorney general can get your money back, in fact both will tell you they won't but will attempt to contact the business and get their side and give them another opportunity to make right but they will continue to not comply with what they say they would do in an offer. SCAM ALL DAY. CAN'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!! And who am i to say they will get you too, because apparently after 13 years of this they pull off making some people very happy.
