If I could give negative ten stars I would as they don’t even deserve the one I had to give in order to leave a review. Complete disaster!! Our wedding was as absolute mess and we didn’t receive anything that we paid for. This company is a complete scam. Do not waste your money!!

Had a bad experience here . Where do I begin I was harrassed for tips when I haven't seen the work of their photographer. I was promised to have my photos on a Friday then I was promised to have them on Monday . I didn't receive my photos until a week and two days later . I was told I would get a DVD then when I asked about it they told me "because people don't have DVD players any more I have to get the DVD sent as an email" . All photos were sent in a email along with the video and out of 109 only 30 photos are good and the photographer sent us a nasty message saying we didn't pay him a tip and that he worked for free and it was his off day and he had to come do our wedding . When in our package the photographer is included . They charge extra for little things they told me my guest have to pay to take photos and if I want my marriage license I have to pay an extra $100 to get it faster because the lady at the front desk said she has to get it from the pastor . They lied and said my husband didn't want our 12 photos that are in our package and they said if we want printed photos (which are in out package) we have to wait an extra 4-6 weeks in order to get the 12 photos . For someone's special day they made it a place to remember not to go and they are rude and greedy . And the guy that works there lied and said he was a manager but when asking for information he refused and hung up in my face . I would never advise ppl to go there .EVER!!

I wish I could give this business zero stars. I set up an appointment with this company to take my boyfriend and I on a tour of Vegas and then to the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign where I was planning on proposing. The company called me 30 minutes before and said that our Elvis was ‘sick’ so he wasn’t going to be driving our car and they would provide another guide. Our car and driver showed up and at first glance everything was fine but then the guide started talking. Everything that came out of this guys mouth was super awkward and weird. I was expecting an Elvis themed tour of Vegas (which is what is promised on the website) and he told us where all the malls are, where people get into fights on the strip, and about how he wasn’t really an Elvis fan. When we passed the Mandalay Bay he went Into detail about the horrible shooting that happened there and then proceeded to tell us how the Welcome to Vegas sign was set-up as a memorial for the victims. Not necessarily what I was going for before proposing to my boyfriend. If the driver wasn’t bad enough, the car sent me over the edge. I understand that it is an old car and some wear and tear is normal but if you have to cover the cracks dash with a dirty looking towel then maybe you should repair the car before you take people out in it. We literally stalled in the middle of traffic twice. I can’t believe that’s them same car they use to marry people and I’m glad I didn’t pay them a penny more. I called the company and was promised a refund for my missing Elvis, which still hasn’t gone through. I told them about what happened and the woman was totally unhelpful nor was I offered any more of a refund for the bad guide and the condition of the car. Don’t waste your money with this company.

I would not even give them a star. This company is the worst, disorganized, and deceitful company I have ever dealt with. When talking to the woman, never got her name,, she kept confusing me with someone else and was not organized.. Not only did the ceremony last 5 minutes, but the video you get has no audio. What good is a video with no sound? When contacted, they said it was due to the covid. Which, really it's a lie. If that were really the reason, then why didn't they stick to the 6 feet rule and have us keep our masks on? I wouldn't have minded paying the 75.00 if they allowed us to use our cell phone. But, as it is, I haven't heard from them when I requested my money back. Yes, I have reported them to the BBB. Do not go to this place!!!!

I've never had to write a review this bad before but this company earned it. I booked them for a Limo pick up from the Airport to take my friends and I to our hotel when we got to Vegas. Thankfully, the booking was made directly through the Visa Concierge Service. A confirmation email was sent at the time of booking, and my credit card was charged. When we got to the airport no Limo was waiting. I had no missed calls or voicemails, and our flight was on time. I called the number on the confirmation (same one that is presently on the Google maps profile) and it cannot accept inbound calls. No Limo ever showed up, no contact or explanation ever happened (to me, or Visa Concierge). Thankfully as Visa had made the reservation, and selected the vendor I got a full refund courtesy of Visa. These guys however are a complete scam. If I had read these reviews before booking I would have asked Visa to find me another vendor. Thankfully I wasnt left in the middle on nowhere and could just get another car from the booth at the airport. This business is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Not even 1 star!!! My husband and I booked a vow renewal under the Welcome to Las Vegas sign at midnight for our anniversary with transportation to and from in a replica pink cadillac. 2 hours before were to be picked up, I still hadn't heard from then to tell us where to meet the car. So, I called. I got no answer. A half hour later I got a text saying we had no transportation even though I had a conformation email on what we ordered. Then we were told we were not booked for the vegas sign. They finally agreed to have it at the sign if we got ourselves to the sign by 11:45pm. This was at 10:30pm. So, we jumped in a cab an went to the sign. The photographer showed up at about 11:30pm. They took some picture while we waited for the Elvis. The Elvis didn't show up till after 1am because he was called at home where he was sleeping. He wasn't even scheduled to do a service that night. The flowers they provided were wilted and almost dead. It took me 4 days of texting to finally get the photos and video. They wouldn't even send me all the photos that were taken. I asked about a discount, I was told there was no discount. The employees that showed up were very nice. Elvis even gave us a ride back to our hotel. But, the company is the most inept, mickey mouse operation I've ever dealt with in my life!! My husband and I kinda laughed it off as an experience because it was a vow renewal and not our wedding. But, if this had been our wedding, I would've been absolutely devastated. Over $800 for a service that lasted 6 minutes and I could've done myself if I had a friend that looked enough like Elvis and could sing!! I'm still waiting on my partial refund that I will never see!!

We booked a wedding specifically because we liked to location and the room they offered for the ceremony. On the day of our wedding we were told that the venue had changed (which we did not like the look of) and at no point was this communicated to use beforehand. We obviously had to find another venue as first and foremost we need to have the wedding we travelled 5000 miles for, so we spend the first few hours of our wedding day walking up the South Las Vegas Boulevard until we found one we liked. Not what I had in mind. Three weeks later and the manager has stopped all communication with me and still no refund. They said because we cancelled on the day we were not allowed a refund, even though we were forced to cancel on the day because of their lack of communication. Go figure. You would think after not providing us with the wedding we had paid for and organised in advanced, and then not communicating the change of venue would warrant a refund but these stingy scam artists can't bear the thought of losing a bit of money. Even when they are quite clearly in the wrong.

We used The Wedding Chapel in the Sky under this company to book our ceremony on the High Roller Ferris wheel. Our dream wedding fell apart just a few hours before scheduled. The coordinator called to say due to high winds we had to push it back an hour and it could be canceled entirely, and we should have a plan b or change it to the following day. I called the High Roller directly, and they had no issues with wind and didn’t know what I was speaking of. I think these fools didn’t book our wedding at all and went scrambling at the last minute to figure out what to do with us. Mind you we booked this 8 months ahead and flew in from Oklahoma with 20 guests and could not change it to the following day. So here we are out $1500+ from the wedding plus $130 from having a shuttle bus booked take us from the High Roller to our reception. Best believe we are getting a full refund or we will pursue legal action. Do yourself a favor and find another way to book your High Roller wedding without using this company. UPDATE: We have been unable to reach any manager or have anyone return calls and email. The coordinator we dealt with has blocked our numbers and is ghosting us. This is a truly atrocious company with 0 ethics.
