I had an excellent experience with DC Autofirm in Woburn. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Communication was clear the entire time, and everything was explained upfront with no surprises. The quality of the work really stands out, attention to detail was top notch and the final result exceeded expectations. The shop is clean, organized, and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Turnaround time was exactly as promised. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic in the Woburn area, DC AutoFirm is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend.
The guys at the shop are friendly and fair for car maintenance. They’ve been helpful with both urgent fixes and major/minor check-ins (30k miles, etc). They have taken care of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and 2024 Subaru Outback. Would recommend them to any other Subaru drivers!
I needed a major wiring issue resolved on my BRZ. Promptly found the issue, discussed possible solutions and fixed it at a reasonable price. Plus changed the spark plugs for a reasonable fee. Good bunch skilled people working to help people. Definitely go there again.
Dylan was great to work with and very transparent and professional! I ended up having him replace two ball joints which definitely resolved the front end issue I was having with my 2016 Outback. Dylan also provided recommendations of other work I may consider going forward. There was no pressure to do anything I didn’t want to at the time of service, but I will definitely return to him in the future. Really nice guy and beautiful shop - it’s obvious he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
My go to shop when I have car problems. I had contacted Dillon and within a week after contacting the part was ordered, the part arrived, and my car was fixed. They make sure they do their best to be flexible with my schedule while also doing the job well and in a timely manner. Friendly staff, very inviting and accommodating. 10/10 shop.
Initially had a cel light on my Wrx sti. I spoke with Dylan and he was able to get me an appointment in a couple days. Brought the car in for a diagnostics. He explained thoroughly on the tests he run to diagnose the problem as the car is modified. He Ordered the part needed and was able to accommodate me for a Sunday pick up even though they’re closed Sundays. All in all car runs great, price was reasonable. Service was above and beyond! Looking forward to the 30k service and will have Dylan and his team take care of the this. I Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Service here is great!! Dylan and Tylor were both very professional and personable and let me know upfront the issues with my car and actually got to see the issue In person rather than an overly estimated statement in a form from an advisor like most dealerships would do. I highly recommend coming to them as they are honest amd trustworthy
