D & D was great today. Called them at 8 and here by 9. Our technician Jacob was top notch. Excellent experience.
Customer service is the absolute worst. We had to call the office several times to follow up as they don’t keep us informed on anything. The contractors that came out were professional but having to deal with calling the office was dreadful. We were referred by a friend and they had warned us in advance about the service but we didn’t think it was that bad.
I have always had a great experience with them. They inspect our bottles each time before filling for safety and have pointed out the defects for us. Pricing is great and the staff very friendly
I have been using them for 4 years now... They are the most reasonably priced company in town. They have always been prompt at providing any service or gas that I need.. I shopped tank rentals when first came here and they were the best priced as well.
Seriously, the best customer service I've received in Jacksonville. The receptionist, Mrs. Chris, had answers to all my questions. Give them a call, put them to the test!
Would not recommend due to the fact i have been trying to get my refund for unused gas when i terminated my contract . i was due refund back in March and it is now middle of July , i understand the covid pandemic having delay on this but 5 and 1/2 months ? Come on this is ridiculous !!! Then two weeks ago (7/1) was told check is going out this week and of course i call today(7/15) and told my refund is going to be processed and it will take 2 more weeks !!! What is going on ?
This company has terrible- customer service. I called concerned about over 70 gallons of gas disappearing in 2 days, expressed major concern over it being a leak and the service manager refused to act promptly. I then make a service appointment for somebody to come and check out and ensure this isn't a leak and wait a week (which I find dangerous), for them to not even show up during the promised time slot. I call and I'm told that they shouldn't have gave me a time frame and that their tech is busy at another job and I will just have to wait til they are done. What in the world? This was scheduled out a week now... The girl who answered the phone could have cared less how this affects me and my day. Do not recommend them at all.
Do NOT use this company. We were without gas the week of Thanksgiving and this week of Christmas with a house full of people. At the same time we over pay our bill every month that we have a credit with them in the $1000s
This company is a JOKE! Go with any other company in Jax for your gas service. They have no showed to every single appointment. I have only been with D&D for 6 months. They charged me $300 just to get the new house switched to my name (fee to switch name and fee for a safety visit). They have NO SHOWED to every single appointment and cannot provide an explanation. Regretting going with this service and will be switching.
Amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff! I received my 15-lb refill in a few minutes for $19. A+++++++
