D & D Gas

Great service. My home sensor detected a gas leak so I called them ( the receptionist was super friendly). They took this super serious and urgent. The owner Lewis came after hours and didn't leave until he was 100% sure that everything was safe. I also used them for my house gas supply and have always been very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

D&D takes care of my in ground tank and replaces the tanks for my fireplace. With the cold weather recently we used up a tank and the new tank did not seem to feed properly. Their tech Jose just delivered a new tank and adjusted the fireplace so that it works great. He was very pleasant and professional as are the office staff. Highly recommend!

I have had several gas line modifications done and also do recurring tank fills. I have always had the best of customer service!! Any questions or follow up needed we’re always timely and professional. Jessy and the President will keep me coming back! This includes the management team and workers on site. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Something seems to have gone wrong at D&D, always easy to deal with, prompt, friendly service. But now I get a notice that I have a balance on my account, after having gotten an email thanking me for payment. So I call them at their listed number, get a message that "we can't answer, we're busy, hang up and call later". Never an answer after multiple tries. This is suddenly one screwed up company. Too bad.

Horrible experience. I have been exchanging and having cylinders refilled since I was a kid. I have never had and issue. At first the help was very rude and when they started to be more cordial it was like they did not want to do business with us. Cash or otherwise. They had about 5 different reasons to not take our exchange. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever!!!

Very reasonable prices for residential service. They installed service to our stove and grill and set us up with two tanks. One runs out, and after a phone call they quickly come out to swap out the empty tank so we always have propane.

Very rude staff. There were billing issues due to the driver that was delivering the gas, after complaint to the manager all of a sudden my tank runs out of gas. Called to have someone come out and dealt with more rude customer service from Sylvia, whom was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care at all about my issue. She had smart remarks regarding a past billing issue. When I told her my bill is currently caught up and should be over paid at this point, her reply was “yeah, finally and it’s only over paid a little over $50” ...... After the first bad customer service issue, I decided to stay with the company but To the owner of D and D Gas, you can thank your employee, Sylvia, for the loss of a customer

Extremely professional!! Installed my fire pit gas lines with a group of guys who knew what they were doing. Pressure tested all lines, it was good to hear the city inspector say it was a clean job. My family and I are enjoying the cooler nights a little more with our Fire Pit. Would definitely recommend!

Very polite, but they are failing miserably at keeping my tank full. Last year, the keep full service topped me off every 6-8 weeks or so. This year, I haven't had a fill since January (it is now mid-May), and my tank is uncomfortably low, despite making weekly phone calls to them. Every monday they promise to come the next monday, and every week for the last 4 I've had to call them again. I'm NOT looking forward to the bill that comes with a 100gal fill-up...

I've used them in the past and had a great experience. This time around, I've experienced incompetence beyond measure. It was like they didn't actually want to do anything. Four visits, hundreds of extra dollars spent on their errors. The in-the-field employees certainly have brought on a poor reputation. Very disappointed. -required incorrect grounding $200 -"forgot" to schedule inspection -"didn't get you on the schedule" twice -incorrectly identified Propane range -"couldn't hook up" gas fireplace without logs -was "afraid" to connect logs in a used fireplace due to "potential fire hazard." (They are VENTLESS). -didn't read the box that said we own ventless logs -left a filthy fireplace grate in the middle of my family room. -muddy handprints all over my furniture. UPDATE: February 6, 2015: I'm having a super bowl party tomorrow and guess who forgot to fill my tanks?? I'm realizing if you don't want anyone to connect your gas line, don't want anyone to keep an appointment and don't actually want gas in your tank, then D & D is the company for you.
