Would not recommend. If you are smart you would find someone else to work with. A RIP off and rather make a quick buck. Wants to charge high prices but quality of work is poor.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. The ordering process was seamless, and the product arrived on time and in perfect condition.The service, the product, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to everyone I know. My clothing was expensive to make, more than I originally assumed, then the process was also longer than expected, my fabric was late, accommodations were made for that, I realize that many things can affect your projected dates I know now how to plan accordingly.

AVOID LIKE COVID. Incompetent, arrogant and callous. Maureen (Moe) Pierre and her brother run this this shoddy, ramshackle "business". They simple don't know what they are doing, they're only concern is to get payment for 3rd rate work. Do you yourself a huge favor and AVOID. I suspect most of the positive reviews here are fake, left by friends and acquaintances and are not to be trusted. Read the other 1 star reviews below for an honest overview.AVOID.

When it comes to manufacturering there will always be hiccups. That's why you need to work with professionals and GREAT communicators. Customer Sewing Services has BOTH. On time replies, amazing craftsmanship and friendly staff. Been working with them for 5 years and it's always been a pleasure. If manufacturering is your business, make it your business to work with the right partners. Think of CSS as partners as that's what they have been for us for the past 5 years. We have seen their growth as a company and as people.

Custom sewing is the best in the business. Fair pricing and great location! Amazing and knowledgeable staff that will work to make your visions come to life. Have been working with them for almost a year now and couldn’t imagine it any other way

Moe has been astonishing to work with. Him and his team gave me the exact garment I had in my head. The communication is a 10/10. I can not recommend this company enough, they’re helped me so so much. I wish I could give them a 10/5 bc they deserve 5 extra starts for the amazing work and communication. Customer Sewing Services was super helpful from start to finish in rolling out our new product. They helped us modify our design to make our Equestrian Stock Tie look even pretty than we expected. They helped with sourcing of fabric, pattern design, and numerous other items. The attention to detail was very impressive. I'll continue to use them for more products.
