I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering! Definitely contact them for a consult before you get your foundation work. We had such vastly different estimates from foundation companies so we decided to contact an independent engineering company before we decided what company to use. Josiah was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained in detail what needed to be done and made everything easy to understand. We are extremely happy with our results! If I could give them more than five stars I would!
Crosstown is not an honest company. As someone in the industry, their main tech Josiah first line meeting him was "we will determine this base on measurements" immediately I knew this is amateur hour. Not accommodating physical visual damages is strictly doing half the job. They casually took photos of my damages and discredited over 50+ cracks and 10 doors that do not close. The PE Adam Greene signing off on this is very concerning and disappointing. Look for another more reputable engineer. Attached some of the 50 cracks below
