The inspector was on time, took his time looking things over, sat down with us and explained our options and made some recommendations.
Crosstown did a good job with their communication and plan details. They labeled everything we discussed for my future repairs needed. The engineer that came out to check all the elevations and measurements was friendly and thorough. I was glad to see him double checking his original starting point or 0 when checking the elevations. Would recommend them to check before just going with a foundation repair company.

Adam was amazing! I am a first time home owner and every noise, crack, or questionable weather makes me worried, so when I had a sinkhole come down next to my foundation, naturally, I panicked. Adam was able to answer all of my questions, looked over my situation and let me know I had nothing to worry about. He was great at reassuring me and giving me advice for any future possibilities. On top of all that he refused to take payment. These people are so trusting and honest, would recommend anyone go to them for their foundation needs.
