X marks the only exit out of this parking lot and onto the street that leads to my gate. This guy decided to block that, so I had to take the long way around the entire block just to get home. It's not like that's the only spot he had to park, there was plenty of room in every direction for him to park without blocking that street off.
Started using Cross Country Freight Solutions about 3-4 months ago to take care of our LTL needs, Jonnell Rojas and his team have been top notch since I started working with them, company is always Prompt, Courteous, and have always been immediately available for any and all assistance/questions I have. Highly recommend!!

We use this company as a third party carrier for our medical supplies. Shipment was supposed to arrive to the customer last week and has yet to arrive to them today even after I expressed urgency to them. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope we never use them again
My husband ordered an a/c unit that was shipped with this company. I was home alone when it arrived. The ac unit is over 500 pounds. A guy in his early 20s (it appeared) showed up alone. I helped guide him backwards in the driveway as he was trying to get closer to where I needed the ac dropped. He then struggled getting it off of the pallet jack and asked me for help, so I helped him. I then pointed out damage to the bottom of the ac where he insisted it was no big deal, no damage is done to the ac and told me to sign here and left. I told my husband about it, he goes to inspect it, he grabs one end of the box and I grabbed the other end and we opened it. We Instantly saw multiple panels messed up. He called the company and because the driver didn't note it, they wouldn't take the responsibility of the unit being messed up even though the driver didnt note the damages that I did point out. Do not help them, they need to hire more people to help with deliveries. They need to take responsibility of messed up shipments, do not sign and do not let the driver go until you have inspected it. The box was good, don't let that fool you. Clearly this company is cutting corners at the expense of the customers.
Mike Butler is a excellent driver that runs the routes to Show Low, AZ to deliver at Epic Motorsports Show Low. He's always on time. He's courteous and he's the only driver I deal with out of 3 other trucking companies that doesn't have a damaged or missing box, I never had any problems with CCFS since the 3 years I've worked for Epic Motorsports Show Low doing Shipping/Receiving. You guys rock!
