The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. In an industry where things can get chaotic quickly, having a reliable marker service like Create-A-Marker makes a huge difference. Highly recommend for anyone needing marker making, plotting, or grading services. It’s rare to find such a reliable and professional operation—these folks know what they’re doing.
Warning to anyone considering working with Create-A-Marker. I engaged them for pattern work and spent over $3,000 this year — but the files delivered were unusable. Multiple professional factories confirmed they could not even open the files. When I showed proof on video calls and asked for corrections, Create-A-Marker refused to fix their work and instead tried to charge me additional fees. Rather than resolving the matter professionally, the owner (Paul) escalated with erratic and harassing emails and even attempted to send me to a collection agency for $410 despite there being no contract, no enforceable agreement, and no usable deliverables. Shockingly, his invoice even included fake “court fees” and “attorney fees” — despite no judgment or legal proceeding existing. The collection agency reviewed my dispute and closed the account as invalid. This company is unprofessional, incompetent, and hostile when held accountable. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Create-A-Marker.
