I’ve been working with Create A Marker for 5+ years, and they’ve been an absolute gift. Overall good experience. They have been grading my designs for over 2 years. Just be sure to check all the fees so you’re not overcharged due to an oversight. Communication is key. Be clear and concise with the staff to ensure you get what you need. Other than that, they are accommodating and gives you exceptional customer experience.

Create -A-Marker is an excellent grading and marking factory owned by remarkable specialist. We met with the the president, Paul Cavazza, who shared tons of history and knowledge about the industry. We got an spectacular tour around the factory and got to see some of their current projects with designers. It was an amazing experience!

I visited Create-a-Marker with my university for a study tour and we got a grand tour of the factory. It was amazing to be submerged into where our clothes are panned out. Paul is a genius and is an expert with grading and marker making. My experience with Create-a-Marker is from an educational perspective. I teach merchandising at the University of North Texas and reached out to Paul Cavazza about giving us a tour of the facility. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about grading and marking, giving the students a thorough and clear understanding of the intricacies of his work. He took his time with the group, and explained the challenges of his work. It was easy to see that Paul loves his work and is passionate about it. We even spoke with Dina Cavazza for a bit, and with Chris, the Production Manager. It was a great visit to the company, and one that several students noted as their favorite! Truly, I credit that to Paul’s hospitality, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

I wanted them to grade and mark one size, but they charged me for 4 sizes, which I understand if there's a minimum. Then when I asked for my file, they charged me $25 to email it. When I asked them to send it in .DXF format, they wanted to charge me another $35. These are my files, and it takes less than a minute to convert. This is just straight up overcharging; no one else in the industry every charged me for emailing MY own files, which I should automatically get. I understand a business' need to survive, but this is just unethical.

Wow - Paul and Dina at Create-a-Marker are fantastic. Our organization, Banson NYC, gives educational tours of the fashion industry to students interested in pursuing a career in this field. Paul shares his story with our students regularly and helps educate them on what grading and marking is all about. This is a side of the business that our students are often unfamiliar with but he shares his knowledge with our groups and explains the entire process to them.
