Julie Ekkers is superb. She is so thorough, from the beginning to the end and then some. Her process is thoughtful, detailed and considerate of each student. She knows the schools and truly connects the student to the right possibilities for their future. I would highly recommend Julie.

I highly recommend College Connectors!! They do an excellent job in guiding students👍🏻 The college selection process is no doubt a daunting task- both for kids and parents. Students having to multi-task various college application deadlines, while balancing their academics and extra-curricular activities is quite exhausting. Mrs. Malczewski and Mrs. MacGregor have been of immense help throughout my son’s college application process, all through his high school years, imparting apt advice, providing timely reminders, assisting him find the right fit, and paving the correct path in choosing colleges. This ultimately culminated in my son getting into his top choice college!!! They also educated parents with invaluable suggestions in college approaches. It definitely eased up our stress and tension. We are extremely happy with their prompt guidance:)) A BIG thanks to them! Their service is top-notch!

There are not enough superlatives to describe Julie's skill set as an educational consultant. Julie has the perfect balance of hard and soft skills. Her organization and working knowledge of colleges and universities across the nation is top notch but she also has a soft touch as she guides students and their families through the pressure cooker called college applications. Undoubtedly it's a stressful time, however, our student really looked forward to her meetings with Julie and felt empowered to showcase her best self --- the institutions to which she applied had a deeper, wider understanding of our student and the value she would add to them if accepted. Jenny was fantastic! Going into selecting a college/University for the first time we felt overwhelmed. So many details, options, steps etc. that we felt we might not get it done correctly. Resulting in not having our son find the perfect college for him. Jenny saved us! We cannot say enough about how she made the process relaxing, exciting and kept our son on track. And Jenny was more than happy to answer any questions my husband and I had along the way. We never felt lost or worried that our son wouldn’t be able to keep up with school work and the college/University application process. Jenny and our son worked together each week. Our son selected the perfect school for him. And we would have never even thought about it! We learned about so many options and what makes a great school fit. At the end of the process our son had many schools to choose from ranging from Midwest to across the country. 5 stars all the way!

Jenny comes to the table with a deep breadth and depth of knowledge about the many different options for colleges, yet she also remains curious, regularly traveling to visit new college campuses and staying up to date on the changes at more familiar ones. She is professional and respectful, and treats the "kids" like the young adults they are. She listens to the needs and wants of both the student and the parents, which made us all feel that we were informed and listened to. In addition, she keeps her students "top of mind", even when she's not visiting with them—checking in and sending updates and opportunities. I highly recommend working with Jenny.
