I live in the area and have been meaning to spend a day working here for a while. I finally made it and feel so mad that I waited so long to try it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by helping me with printing and faxing stuff. I got so much work done here than I would have if I had stayed home. Plus, the interior design is so appealing to look at 🤩
CoHoots is a great community within a great (big) beautifully designed space. Centrally located and a great value with lots of options ranging from private self contained offices to cozy areas to work as well as community (responsibly) social distanced work spaces with masks required. It’s been a blessing for my partner and I during the pandemic.
During my visit to Phoenix, I decided to work remotely from CO+HOOTS and it was well worth the 12-mile trip from south Tempe to Phoenix! They have a terrific staff, a nice vibe with friendly people (I found the kitchen/cafe area to be a really easy place to meet people) and a variety of desk options, comfortable chairs, and much more. I also enjoyed the great Mexican food options close by.
The people and atmosphere at Co+Hoots are both very welcoming and very comfortable, and provide a great place to get things done. The office space is always clean, there's free coffee in the kitchen, and it's overall definitely my favorite coworking space that I've been to. They really managed to find that sweet spot between being friendly and open without getting noisy or distracting. 10/10
Expect fantastic rates, shiny amenities, and a triple quick urge to dump your boring home office. Sometimes you gotta roll with whatever’s dropped in your basket. And what’s in my basket you ask? A deadline video project in the middle of a house move. With my home office dismantled and a “waitin’ on me” client, I was knee-deep in the big muddy. So I inter-netted coworking spaces and CO+HOOTS popped right up. Believe me, this is no soulless corporate setup, it’s mod, colorful, and FRIENDLY, and can be rented daily, weekly, monthly, or foreverly — well, maybe not foreverly, but you get what I mean. I picked an open workspace for the elbow room but they offer private offices too. What’s INSIDE the box? Entrepreneurs, real estate investors, creative freelancers, video pros like me, and the occasional friendly pup.
Nice facilities and comfortable work space. Desks have comfortable office chairs. There are a variety of of places to sit, lounge. Kitchen with provided coffee. Call booths and even podcast room with equipment available. Great location close to light rail on Central Ave. Pet friendly.

Co+Hoots is an incredible find. Traveling with two kids, I had to find somewhere to work that gave me the ability to hop in and out of meetings without too much background noise, for long periods of time. Looking at different coworking spaces, Co+Hoots stood out due to its flexibly seating arrangement and community focus. I tried it out today, and was invited to an event during the lunch hour. It was nice meeting people and not having to worry about leaving my belongings at the desk I was working from. 100% will come back whenever I am back working in Phoenix.

The best advice I got: get a desk Co+Hoots first, then figure out where you'll live, etc. And that's what I did. In minutes I had a desk, in days I had direction, in weeks a supportive community. The owners, Jenny and Odeen, and the co-working members went out of their way to provide guidance, tips, and even professional services that nurtured my business from zero to stability--to investment.
