Finally got to try a burger from here and I've been missing out! The burgers flavor is like no other, one of the best melt in your mouth burgers I've had in a long time. The Strawberry Dream Cream drink was so good as well! Great place to stop and eat while downtown near the city market and the river market antiques shop! The owners are super nice😁
Food was great, had the 1857 smash burger with chips and a bottle of water. The breakfast menu looked great, it's available on the weekends. Will certainly go back for some other sandwich options. Owners were nice and very helpful. Great little spot to visit with a friend.
Such a great time! Prices are fair and burgers are AMAZING!!! The staff is very friendly and fun. Restaurant is in an antique streetcar from 1947. Will definitely be coming back soon☺️
The food was great and the vibes even better. I had the hot version of club sandwich and let me tell you I will be going no where else for one. Cant wait to try the rest of the stuff on the menu.

Visited Car 551 for lunch today. Conveniently located on the corner of Delaware St in KCMO. It was clean & welcoming. I've never had lunch in a Streetcar before! Our order was placed, it was fresh, tasty and ready in time for us to get back to work on time. 10/10 would recommend.
I freaking love this place. It’s such a cool idea. Perfect location. Very comfortable atmosphere. The sandwiches are definitely made with love. Great place to get a breakfast sandwich on a Saturday morning. I would give this place ten stars. You need to try them out!
Great little spot with friendly service. We enjoyed our sandwiches and beers on their lovely outdoor patio. We will be back again.

Unique spot with friendly workers and excellent food. I had a simple BLT and felt like I was at a big time restaurant. DO NOT SKIP THIS KC GEM!
