Came here to work one late morning and was very surprised at the amount of seating and space. Parking can be tricky if you’re not used to crossroads/downtown street parking, but the bar has plenty of spaces during the daytime; across the street. Service was good. They call you when your items are ready so just stay close to the counter area. Will definitely be back. My drink was delicious; sweet but could tell it was still a coffee beverage. I am eager to try some of their other coffee drinks. The chicken tamales were delicious and you must try them! The salsa verde that comes with is fantastic and a perfect pairing.
The Spicy Mayan Mocha is a terrific espresso drink with a nice kick to it. Great, friendly service and chill vibe.
Great cafe for coffee and cafe dining, highly recommend the flights of coffee to enjoy the variety of flavors. Excellent tamales and the beans with green Chiles are delightful. Flavors of all items are wonderful and you can tell many items are made from scratch. Great space for spending your day enjoying good coffee, great food, and smoothies.
This place is amazing! Love the friendly staff , EXCELLENT coffee and food! The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting! Colorful, cheerful, all around wonderful place to gather and chat or enjoy alone. Will definitely be coming back over and over again!
We love visiting local coffee shops. This one is a coffee bar. So you can enjoy a coffee, cocktail or beer. Great spot to people watch in the crossroads district. The space is loud so be ready for that. It was hard for the barista to even hear us order. Also they were not serving 100% of the menu the day we visited so we didn’t get to enjoy our first choice of drinks. We will definitely visit again.
I loved the way this place felt different from Modern coffee places this looked like an old oil change place converted to a coffee shop loved the idea and creativity. I went for coffee when visiting KC and was amazed with the Latte. I ordered HORCHATA LATTE cinnamon • vanilla • rice & whole milk
If you love a cozy blanket and romantic novels, rocket fuel coffee, and Cuban treats it won’t disappoint! Liberate yourself from the dictatorial chain(s) coffee shops rinsing and repeating that same old missionary position coffee that doesn’t do the job anymore and leaves you yearning for tasty sips of frothy Cuban grinds and flaky buttery treats that are just sweet enough. Viva Cafe Corazon!!!
This is my new favorite coffee cafe! The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is really cool and mellow. The quality of the pastries and coffee is fantastic! My pork tamale was excellent! I look forward to going back soon!
I grabbed a mocha sevilla and a taos breakfast burrito with a coworker. The mocha was chocolatey with a hint of orange that tasted like a good memory. The burrito came stuffed with eggs beans cheese and potatoes and was hearty in a laid back way. The barista was helpful and made it easy to try something new. The place was bright and relaxed so we could chat easily. I will be back when I want a fun breakfast combo again.
Only giving it 4 stars because the cafe de olla was disappointing. It had a sour base coffee that heavily over powered any other flavors. The staff and atmosphere are great. My girlfriend loved her latte flight.
