Amazing customer service. Completed in less than 1/4 the time they projected for my job (wasn’t a huge job but it still means a lot) and it looks flawless. I came for a repair but I’m considering seeing what I could get done to personalize my car :)

I called this guy to ask him the price to restitch the seam my seat cover, which became un-stitched because the seat airbag deployed. He was about to quote on replacing the airbag as well, but I told him that had already replaced the airbag. He became dumbfounded, as if it is rocket science to unscrew and rescrew 2 bolts to replace this airbag, and said that I would need a new seat cover. I asked, "How much?" He asked for my VIN. WHAT? Avoid this guy, he's no help at all and obviously here to milk the uneducated. What's new in this world... I then took my precious seat cover to Chambers Upholstery on N Tryon and got it stitched for $35 and it took him 15 minutes.

The quality of the materials used is outstanding, he was able to accommodate my schedule as I live out of town, the craftmenship was excellent, and the customer service was top notch. It’s not often a company meets my expectations, let alone exceeds them. The check up call was a surprise for sure. Highly recommend this company.
Fred worked with me on a creative solution for my Chrysler Crossfire. He had to think outside the box because the parts were difficult to order and a solution was needed to fabricate broken handles on both doors. Fred went above and beyond to help craft a solution and the price was very reasonable.
Did an amazing job replacing the headliner on my 2012 Audi for a lot cheaper than the dealer. Couldn't even tell that it was replaced. Would definitely recommend for any auto interior work.
