This place has gotten significantly better in the last couple years in terms of cleanliness. That being said, it bums me out that they don’t actually buy clothes from local customers anymore and instead get all of their clothing from the leftovers that don’t sell at other Buffalo Exchanges across the country so the options are kind of terrible. It’s what has been rejected by everybody else.
Fantastic selection of second hand clothes that are stylish in all sizes! I found so much here and even paid $1 for some of the items! Such a great option for quality clothing that is inexpensive. Thrifters, people who love Goodwill...you will love this.
I went here 2 days ago and I was so disappointed. I had read online how it was like the urban outfitters of thrift stores. When I went to the store it was the total opposite. The clothes were mainly from forever 21 and target. I have been thrifting since I was a child and this was honestly one of the worst thrift stores I’ve ever been to. The styles looked like they were from 2015. If I wanted on trend clothes for a good price a local goodwill would be better than this terrible store. The staff was unfriendly and I have no desire to ever return to the Buffalo Outlet. Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
First time visiting and ALL the ladies that work here had amazing customer service! Their smiles and willingness to help made my day. I will definitely go back. So glad I found this hidden gem. 🙂I had missed shopping at Buffalo exchange, the Austin location is hard to get to when living in SA!
Depending on your style it can be a hit or miss, but even when I don't find pieces that suit my style, I always find so many other cute and cool outfits. Worth checking out!
A little crowded, but very organized. Their check out area should definitely be moved, because if 2 people are in line then others cant look at the purses/bags. - Items are decently priced, but alot of the items have imperfections (pit stains, missing multiple buttons).
I love this place! Better than most thrift stores and cheaper! You don't have to dig as much to find the good stuff. I bought my new favorite top there for $2, new with tags, and a good brand. Goodwill would have charged at least $5 and that's a low estimate.
Be sure to try the clothes on before purchasing. They have a lot of cute stuff here, but often times it does not fit how I imagined it to. Great jewelry, but also, be sure to examine it. I have purchased pieces that are not even wearable. Still an awesome store and I always find some great stuff.
Always wanted to go to Buffalo exchange but I found the prices expensive for thrift shops so I loved this place. Clothes were easy to sort through and had some modern clothes. Staff were very friendly too!
