Nice, pleasant store not quite what expected. Clearance priced but disappointed in selection . Had great experience at the austin exchange regular store just this week. I knew the outlet-which is the same size as usual BE store, would have leftovers discounted, but was entirely filled with employee buying mistakes. If into time is true, universal thread and similar, go for it. Otherwise don't waste your time. We thought we'd spend hundreds. We got nothing. P.s i dont mean to be so sour but these reviews make it seem incredible. Definitely a great place to work. Cool place to shop. But have to simmer the hype for thrifters contemplating traveling for one of two buffalo outlets. The regular stores are 7 times better. Truth.
Great stuff ANNNNDDDDD great staff! The quality of the items shows that the employees care about making sure that customers get the best of their resale itmes. There are some high fashion designer items here that I wish were my size just so I can buy & own! I swing buy whenever I can at the end of each season to see the new designers up for grabs. The best part is that the prices are amazingly affordable. Some of these other second hand stores charge way too much which takes all the fun out of the "search"! Thanks Buffalo exchange for keeping it real to show these younger generations the art of second hand fashion.
Went shopping today, nice because it was kinda slow due to holidays. Jesse was our cashier, very nice helpful addition to the staff! Happy to know $1 sales are every Friday too! We’ll definitely be back! Merry Christmas to the whole Buffalo Exchange staff🌲🎁
One of the best thrift stores I’ve been to in awhile. The staff was nice, everything was clean and the dressing rooms were clean and well lit.

I absolutely adore this little hidden gem of a shop! I have found so many special pieces and I’m never disappointed when I shop there. Felix! He is the absolute sweetest and so helpful! Love him. The staff are all so kind and friendly. Definitely my favorite place to visit/shop at when I come to San Antonio!
The staff is really great here. They greeted us as soon as we walked in which was really great. Although the store was kind of small they had everything clearly marked in size, and priced. It was my first time shopping here and I got 7 things for $15. I was overcharged on one item, which is alright, but the staff should make sure that they are charging the right prices.Everything at this store is $7 or less which is great. They do run color tag specials, and some items can be half off or $1. I did buy a sweater with a hole in it, and I probably should have looked at it before I bought it. Overall I think this a great store, and I'll definitely be back in the future.
This place is definitely the home of the clothes that other thrift stores couldn't sell. They didn't even have anything that was so bad that it was good. Just bad. Example: old family reunion t-shirts and Best buy polos
I usually shop with ease and without having any problems. Today was very unfortunate and felt very sad of the way I was treated by one of the employees . Her tone was very condescending and with such a huge attitude. I saw a cart with shoes on it and figured it would be ok to grab a pair that I liked. She went ahead and basically screamed and told me the shoes were not ready. Not even 5 seconds after placing them back on the cart did she place them on the shelf . I felt so bad that I even waited a couple of minutes and came back to grab the shoes. I bought them but her tone was very unexpected and rued. I always like to shop with a simple greeting at the entrance but this time my experience was not as usual.
Nothing in this store is priced over $8.00 - which is astounding considering the quality of the items in it. Vintage, handmade, new with tags, boutique finds - all $8.00 or less! It's a fun place to hunt for bargains that suit your personal style.
