Simply the best. And I've worked with numerous good contractors but Brener were no less than fabulous in every aspect of the work (new bathrooms), from the amazingly tenttive service of Amos and Gal to the perfectly finished job. I always had someone to answer my questions, promptly and with endless patience. I particularly appreciated their professional solutions to challanges that popped up on site that no architect could anticipate. A truly great company.

I highly recommend Brener Construction. I left Gal and Amos completely alone while I was travelling for work and when I came back to NY my apartment became a home. I can't thank them enough for what they did. The new floors and fireplace mantel came out amazing. See pic. It's great when you can find a contractor that you can trust and that truly cares about their quality of work. I 100% suggest using them.

I shopped around for a contractor for a few months. After a frustrating search, I was pleased when Gal from Brener called me back immediately, came over, discussed the job (not small), earned my trust and then delivered. Gal and Amos are professionals. They are knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, call you back and their work is impeccable. I was not an easy client - I was hard to get started, but they set me up with a designer they often work with, Carrie Drosnes, and the whole team produced a really beautiful apartment, in record time. I still marvel at the quality of their subcontractors - from the gentleman who hung our intricate nursery wall paper literally seamlessly, to the tile guy who made sure everything was perfectly, perfectly (!) symmetrical, to their electrician who understood exactly what I was looking for and found a way to make it happen, and the carpenter who built the built-ins - we are really thrilled with the outcome. They have a great reputation for a reason. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I hired Brener Construction to renovate our recently purchased NYC apartment. Amos, Gal and their entire team have done an incredible job in bringing our vision to life! Due to unforeseen outside circumstances and an extremely lengthy approval process (completely unrelated to them), our project required more work and time than initially expected, and Amos and Gal were right there with us every step of the way. We felt fully supported the entire time, and they were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Amos and Gal were so pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process, even under high pressure environments. Having renovated my previous apartment as well, I am extremely aware that not all contractors are as pleasant, responsive or communicative, and we truly appreciated their positive attitude each and every day. It was an absolute joy working with Brener Construction, and I would highly recommend them!

Gal and his team helped with our apartment remodeling efforts. The precision and details exceeded expectations. Amos and his crew are amazing. I worked with them on a new design show for Bravo. Not only did they save the day on more than one occasion, but they are a great crew to have around. Always on time, always cleaned up after themselves and always got the job done on time. I've worked with a lot of contractors and Brener Construction is on the top of my list!!!

In a city filled with shoddy workmanship. unreliable contractors, inflated prices, and endless frustration, Brener Construction is a diamond in the rough. I have worked with them across several projects and they are always a pleasure to work with, reliable and follow through on their word, ensure client satisfaction, and do beautiful work. We hired Brener Construction for a relatively significant renovation (Kitchen, floors, minor demo, etc...) and found Gal & Amos to be reliable and trust worthy. They worked with us through some change orders and unexpected issues and made sure that we were completely thrilled with the finished project. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We have been so pleased with our experience working with Brener Construction on the replacement of a roof deck on our rental apartment. Besides doing a wonderful job, they were patient when the board approval process was lengthy and helpful when it required communicating with a handful of different people. Our tenants were very happy at how responsible and clean they were. And as we were not available to be onsite Amos updated us frequently with pictures and details and was always easy to reach if we had questions. Great job and good people! Brener Construction renovated my apartment and I absolutely loved it!! The planning for my renovation was greatly executed. The communication skills that the team used were excellent because any concerns I had, Amos, the owner would make sure it was taken cared of. My expectations were exceeded as the workers that came to my house really cleaned up after themselves and I was impressed of how respectful they were. They are definitely the best!
