If i can give this place 0 stars i would. An older guy named Yung was very disrespectful and cocky . I was explaining to him my requirements for the t shirts that i wanted to buy to print DTG on them and he kept telling me "we are manufacturing when you are ready come back". THE WHOLE TIME IM READY IM JUST TRYING TO KNOW IF HE GOT WHAT I WANT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been coming to this store for all my vinyl for years and have been amazed at the quality of the vinyl. The owner is super friendly and will always warn you about the use of the products before you buy. Beginners come into the store all the time after purchasing a cutting machine excited about what they can create but with little knowledge of how to use the products and then complain the product is flawed but this is not the case. Educate yourselves first and then buy your products. It saves you money and someone’s business at the same time. I highly recommend this store. The prices are fair and the help is helpful!

I needed to buy a larger zipper than normal and I went to 2 stores where the staff were unfriendly and I felt like they didn’t want to help me. I was having a terrible day thinking I would never find the zipper I needed. Then I came here and the staff is so friendly and helped me find the zipper without making me feel dumb. Thank you so much 🙏

Incredible selection of buttons, snaps, and metal & plastic shapes you might hammer onto a product. I was looking for a jean button and found millions. They also helped me find thread, a seam ripper and other stuff. The staff is friendly and the selection amazing. I highly recommend.

I love their vast selection of high quality vinyl. The owner (not confirmed, that's my assumption because he is the only one allowed to work the register) can be kind of cold sometimes, but I deal with the attitude because his vinyl is that good. They sell 12x10 sheets as well as rolls or yards of all types and color vinyl. Glitter, reflective, shiny...they've got it! And in an array of colors and patterns. There's nothing wrong with using the home crafting brand vinyls, but if you want to up your game, botani is a great place to expand your vinyl possibilities. Get your wallet ready tho, this stuff is not cheap! I spent $22 on 4 sheets. They also sell high quality blanks, like t shirts and sweats, also pricey, but undeniably well made; their other store (all next to each other) has trimmings and embellishments, a clothing designers dream!

Great customer service there! The stuffs there were super kind and helpful. They explained me and take care of me the whole time. I felt like going into the candy shop as it got a lot of buttons and zippers. I was looking for some but they got a lot of different collections there! The quality of their products are the best, too. And they also got vinyls and T-shirts shop too. I love it! i would recommend for someone who’s looking for premium quality and large variety of buttons and zippers! I will definitely visiting again soon!

Unfriendly staff, snobby clientele - unfortunately love the products. Bought some buttons that said $2 all over the box, but they cherged me $2.50… All the other things I purchased were somehow accurately labeled, except this one? Watch what they are charging you. That said, I haven’t been able to find this breadth of selection of zippers and buttons anywhere else (even shops on Etsy). When I need something very specific, this place usually has it. I can handle the staff and being ripped off from time to time.

If I can give zero star, I would have done that. I just came out of Botani now and felt overall terribly treated. First of all, the sales lady rolled her eyes and made me bring all the trim boxes over to her and every single pieces we picked, and she rudely asked me to stacked them by the styles for her. Ok, I did it. Then when I paid and left, I realized that the price was $173 due to one of the buttons was $10 each which is extremely espensive! I went back inside to ask if I can return or at least get store credits on the ones that were super expensive. She didn't even want to try help even though I am their regular customer after all these years. I don't recommend anyone to go there and I will not go back anymore. In addition, lots of trim boxes were empty and styles outdated and it's dusty everywhere! Bring your own wet wipes!!!

I just left the worst places in nyc for fashion products! I have never been so offended in my life. I just moved my studio here from California and was looking for local suppliers. The fashion district in LA is much more diverse and apparent unlike NYC where you have to go on a scavenger hunts to find things. So while skateboarding, I saw a business where I get t-shirts, hoodies and vinyl. I just wanted to see what they offered, pricing, selection. I was buzzed in and started to look around. I was met by a man named Yung I believe or something similar, he looked me up and down and I felt uncomfortable and judged especially as a black woman. I told him that I like his stuff and asked about the hoodies. He kept asking me questions and treating me as if I didn’t have the money to spend. It was like that scene in Pretty Woman. I decided not to do business there because my money is good. But he doesn’t have to care because he said they mainly do business online. It was an unsettling experience and I would not recommend this place offline and because how they treat people, don’t purchase online either. And let’s add, it’s a limited selection, and the quality is trash.

I've been a customer of this business for years. YEARSSS! Yet, I just encountered the rudest customer service. I placed an order on their website on Sunday for shipping. First the site was giving me issues because it wouldn't allow me to change the billing address on the order page. So each time I tried placing the order it would give me an error message. As a result, I have two pending charges on my account for this order. I was finally able to figure out you have to update the profile to change the billing address. It still wouldn't work so I ended up placing the order with PayPal, which means my account has 3 charges. The customer service person, Tati, emailed me to pick up the order. I informed her that I selected shipping because I am not able to pick up the order. Somehow, in the numerous tries, the system left the order as Pick up. I was told to fill out a credit card authorization form for shipping which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I asked her to cancel the order, since it was already charged and pending twice and I will place the order again online. She didn't respond to my email. I emailed again to kindly request she cancel the order so I can place the order online securely with my shipping information again. Today, Tati calls me and tells me she cannot cancel the order because the vinyl is already cut. I'm telling her the website was giving me issues when I ordered and I needed shipping. I don't want to have two confirmed charges and two pending charges for the same item, she blames my bank and says it is not their site. How ignorant. If a customer tells you they encountered issues on your site wouldn't you want to know what happened to avoid losing business? Had she cancelled the order, I would have placed it again right away on their website. Instead, she proceeds to talk over me, raising her voice, while I'm explaining I already have $180 in charges and instead of listening to solve the issue with good customer service she hangs up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and was told he was overseas. Then they put me on hold. So I filed a report with PayPal because these people have lost their minds.
