First time here after a recommendation from a gal that I have gone on a few dates with! I mean this place didn’t disappoint!!! Lively place, super knowledgeable staff and Estefania made an amazing Cortado using “special” beans! (Single origin - Pacamara)
The coffee is incredibly smooth and the vibes are great here. The lattes are not too sweet or over spiced. They offer fun twists on typical seasonal flavors. It feels modern and cozy with a variety of seating and lots of plants. In my opinion, it’s the coffee shop to choose in the area!
The staff were very welcoming, I was promptly served a sandwich and a coffee by Valeria. With Arianna at the register. They were really nice and helpful.
This might actually be my first horchata latte where I tasted the actual rice starch for an authentic horchata. I would come back daily for that alone if I could. I've only tried their Basecamp bagel, in plain and an everything bagel. Loved them both. Will be exploring their other bagels!
Comfy cafe with good coffee, but so-so service. I really enjoyed the iced cafe con miel. Well-balanced and not too sweet, though the honey was kind of stuck to the bottom so I had to stir vigorously to incorporate it into the drink. I was shocked that the blueberry scone cost more than the coffee, at $6.50. I was charged for the gluten free blueberry scone, but received the gluten free cranberry scone. I asked them to switch it out for the regular blueberry scone (which is what I had originally asked for). Maybe the gluten free one is more expensive? In any case, a slightly frustrating experience. The scone was okay, probably would have been better if I had asked them to warm it up. Blueberries were on the top only.
Delicious coffee! Love that there is bar seating, and the cortado comes with a shot of sparkling water. Really friendly staff and we also had the delicious nutella danish (heated up which was to die for)
I LOVE THIS PLACE. My new favorite in Seattle, the atmosphere is great. The treats and coffee are incredible. It is expensive, but it is definitely good for an occasional treat! I will be back. :3
I’ve been coming to Black Arrows for a few weeks now. It’s the perfect spot in Belltown to sit and get some work done, or grab breakfast to-go, since many coffee shops don’t have a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff are all friendly and everything on the menu is delicious!
This is one of the best places in Seattle! Amazing atmosphere and absolutely delicious avocado toast! The baristas are friendly and welcoming. Be sure to try the seasonal menu—the lemonades are delicious!
Three outdoor tables (granted, it was a rare sunny day 😂) and plenty of indoor seating, homemade syrups (cafe de olla!!), ethically sourced beans, community whistles/resources/no-ICE signs in the window. 10/10 will be back. It’s everything you want in a neighborhood coffee shop.
