I had the strawberry matcha and avocado toast, and my taste buds basically sent me a thank you card. The flavors were fresh, light, and totally brunch-worthy without trying too hard. And the staff? Super friendly, quick, and just the right amount of chatty, like the kind of people who make your day better without even trying. Definitely recommend and already planning my next visit.

Excited for and love this new spot!!! 😍 The staff is genuinely kind and professional. You can tell how much the owner loves coffee as well as the community.💜 The lemon bar was perfect with the pour-over I ordered. Bought my first Origami dripper and filters here as well! Plenty of seating for indoor work/study and wifi. I will make this one of my new regular spots, for sure.
New favorite coffee shop in Seattle. The lavender latte was amazing, and this was the first actually good breakfast sandwich I’ve had since living here. The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, lots of space and booths to work. Baristas are friendly and welcoming.

Maybe I visited on a particularly bad day. There was only one girl and one guy working. Maybe they need more staff— The guy didn’t seem to understand me or if he was simply unavailable to help. My husband and I ordered an avocado toast and another sandwich, and it took 30 minutes for our food to be ready. While we were waiting, I noticed a couple who had ordered a coffee. The staff made the wrong drink, and after waiting so long, the couple decided to leave without any coffee at all. ☹️ The employees didn’t seem to offer to fix the mistake. Later, I asked if our order was going to take much longer, and both employees just looked at each other with confused expressions. They didn’t even seem to know what order I was talking about. It seemed like the guy was working the register while the girl was making the drinks. It’s not just that they appear to be understaffed—the few employees they have also seemed unmotivated and uninterested in providing good customer service, which was disappointing. The food was decent: 7/10.

I had an excellent experience at Black Arrow Coffee in Seattle — and Mya was a big part of why. From the moment I walked in, Mya was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged. She took the time to get my order exactly right, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and efficient. You can tell she cares about both customer service and coffee quality, which really stands out compared to other coffee shops in Seattle. Lattes are great, taste amazing. Roasted there in house. If you’re looking for a great coffee shop in Seattle with excellent service, Black Arrows Coffee is absolutely worth visiting — and if Mya is there, you’re in very good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Absolutely love this coffee shop! Everything is so good — delicious food, amazing coffee with lots of options to try. The decor is beautiful, especially the paintings — they make the place feel so cozy. The girls who work here are super friendly and welcoming, always smiling. Everything’s clean, fast, and just perfect. Honestly, this is the best coffee shop in Seattle! Highly recommend — you’ll definitely want to come back! ☕💛
