So for starters it’s my first time getting anything customized so I have a lot of questions but when I sent an inquiry via email through their page on January 23 and got a response the next day about cost of my product , I then asked a follow up question which never got feedback from…. As of today February 7th, I had to call to seek information about my order since no one got back to me then after getting preview of product I still had more questions so again via email asked a question but instead called …. Idk what’s going at the store cause after 3 calls and someone saying hello and then I proceeded to say my name and order, I got hanged up on every time so I’m going to try a different location or different business due to lack of communication and rudeness.
Had a last minute thought to make myself a shirt for an event, called Big Frog knowing nothing and had the order in my hands in about 36 hours. Very impressed with the quality, turnaround, and price for a single high quality shirt.
The whole team at Big Frog of West 7th is so professional and on top of it. They listen to your vision and needs, then create something even better than you imagined. Depending on your project, they can often turn it around on the same day. They are the best and I can't recommend them enough.
I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars. I went in about a week ago to see about some shirts that I was trying to have made for my grandfathers wake. My grandfather passed away and everything was put together in a weeks time. I knew it was last minute and I went in to ask about them printing some shirts that I already had graphics for. I was told to email the pics and they could give me a quote. He also said that their blue ink was out so they were sending things to the Alliance location. I never even heard anything whether they could do the shirts or not. To be honest he didn’t seem to care about what I was trying to do. He showed zero empathy. This was my first and last time ever trying them. I really thought they would help me because they have so many positive reviews.
This was the second time I have used Big Frog. I emailed them what I wanted on a shirt. They communicated through the entire process. I went to the store to pick up my shirt and it was PERFECT! I am going to definitely be a life long customer.
During a time of need, ESPECIALLY in a post-2020 world, it is important to be here for each other. I love Big Frog because they provide excellent products and because they place an importance on community support - both to the local population of Texans experiencing crisis and to their customers through excellent customer support. Thank you for doing what you do. You really care, and it really shows. 10/10
If you can conceive it printed on ANYTHING ,from T-shirts to leather jackets, these are the guys to do it! No order is too big or too small. These guys are true artists! The only limits seem to be your imagination. Very reasonably priced with quick turnaround. Everyone always asks where I get my stuff printed and all are favorably impressed! Never change your operating policies, Big Frog! YOU ROCK
Mathew was making 2 soccer shirts for me. The material for the shirt I chose would not hold the ink and he could not find a similar color that I was looking for so he offered a refund and told me he would make the shirts for me on a regular design tee. It wasn't what I wanted but I was okay with that when I asked him how much it would be he told me.He would notify me once they were done and give them to me as a courtesy and process a refund for me. I was very pleased.Next season I will get all 15 of my team shirts with you guys. I value great customer service and him doing that just gave you guys a customer for life. Thanks MATT.
This place is great!!!! If you ever need anything that has to do with a custom t-shirt, please come here. We are having a family reunion and needed 60 t-shirts. Came in spoke to Mycah and had no idea what we were really looking for other than 60 cotton t-shirts. He was very patient us! We gave him some ideas and he brought it to life and its beautiful!! Order came in just like he told us and we couldn't be happier. I actually just called him back today because we need 5 additional shirts and his answer was NO problem . THANK YOU SO MUCH Mycah.
