Jackie is a rock star. I started working with her at the inception stages of creating my business. German my graphic designer, patiently help me create my finally logo ( which took 2 months and several complete redos) If you looking for a design team that treat you as a friend not just a client this is the place to go!
The whole team at Big Frog of West 7th is so professional and on top of it. They listen to your vision and needs, then create something even better than you imagined. Depending on your project, they can often turn it around on the same day. They are the best and I can't recommend them enough.
Had a last minute thought to make myself a shirt for an event, called Big Frog knowing nothing and had the order in my hands in about 36 hours. Very impressed with the quality, turnaround, and price for a single high quality shirt.
So for starters it’s my first time getting anything customized so I have a lot of questions but when I sent an inquiry via email through their page on January 23 and got a response the next day about cost of my product , I then asked a follow up question which never got feedback from…. As of today February 7th, I had to call to seek information about my order since no one got back to me then after getting preview of product I still had more questions so again via email asked a question but instead called …. Idk what’s going at the store cause after 3 calls and someone saying hello and then I proceeded to say my name and order, I got hanged up on every time so I’m going to try a different location or different business due to lack of communication and rudeness.
I continue and will keep doing business with Big Frog because my orders are always processed very quickly and efficiently. They know exactly what I want and how I want it done. Everyone is very friendly and professional!
I took 2 little aprons in to see if they could personalize them. They could and they look so cute. It was for a 5 year old who thinks he has to look like his TaTa. They took it right in and had me to wait for about 15 min. Great work and really nice people.
Works quickly and efficiently. Get's it done right and produces a great product! This is my 4th year using them for very large (school) orders. Matt is amazing to work with and extremely creative. If you are having difficulty bringing an item to it's full potential he will get you there!
If you ever want a shirt at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. Great quality, I made a shirt for a teacher and it was much appreciated. The shirt was wonderful and German was a great guy that was even willing to deliver the shirt himself if we couldn't pick it up. Will definitely be coming back for future shirt needs.

Superb work. Given a shirt idea by students, so carried it to Big Frog and their artist Matt Franks. Left a vague sketch, and within 24 hours he had used his/their artistic savvy to fill in the gaps to perfection. In 24 more hours I had the shirts, which have been a sensation among the students who received them. Parents, teachers, coaches, and administrators love them as well.
