This is such a beautiful store, however it is such a shame that the owner was extremely rude and not welcoming whatsoever. We came in to try on some rompers but do not let us try any on because of COVID. Which is fine but you cannot exchange or get refunds and I do not think that is fair. Especially when you’re coming from such a long way. On top of all that the way she was towards did not sit well with me and we walked out of the store empty handed. Do not recommend this place.
Very elegant unique items and reasonably priced. Owner very pleasant and gave us special attention for my mom.on her birthday. Loved the store! Purchased a beautiful bracelet for my mother.
I purchased an item from their store and asked if the price was the same for cash or credit. I was told only a discount if over $50, so I paid with a credit card. The amount on my receipt does not match the amount charged on my statement. The store adds a processing fee WITHOUT disclosing that to the customer. I think that is wrong and deceptive. Don't plan to shop there again. What your receipt shows should be the amount you are charged - not more.
if youre looking for mosaic art, this is the place to find it. We have decorated our offices and home with plenty of items here and usually stop by and buy in bulk from houston. They discount slightly if you pay cash (like everone else) and if you purchase a large amount. i dont like that they usually try to rush you out at the end even though its obvious your buying several items. they can close the door and open it when im ready to leave like anyone else. Thank you.

I went to San Antonio for a mini vacation with my family this summer 2019. I decided to go shopping on the last day of my trip. The workers seemed very nice and helpful. I bought some shoes (huaraches) from this store. Well, I only tried one pair which fit perfect, both pairs looked the same size, and on the bottom of the shoe it had the same number size. I didn't tried the second pair till I got home which is 8 hours away. Big mistake! The second pair was too tied. On the receipt it has the stores information and a 14 day return policy. I tried calling the store several times and no answer. I emailed the store manager and never got a response back.. I also messaged them through Facebook , and it appears that they read my message but never reply back. My intention was to get the second pair replace since I love the shoes. I was planning to pay for shipping. The whole situation is very upsetting and unprofessional of them. My family and I are planning to go back to San Antonio but I'm never going back to this store again.
Nice shop (went to the location at "110 Suite 4 Preduce Row") - beautiful handcrafted items. Note: Make sure to bring cash. We made a purchase for $21.63 that was billed to our bank account as TWO purchases of $22.50 each. The receipt I was given specifically stated "$21.63" and I was not given a separate credit card receipt verifying the alleged upcharge for using a card. Also, the receipt I was given did not list the last four numbers of my debit card number, so I am not sure that our bank will be able to verify that the transaction was not billed correctly. I didn't notice the discrepancy until we returned to Michigan. I contacted the phone number from the website and told the individual about the situation, and she asked me to text her a photo of the receipt, which I did. I never received any corrections of the transaction or any responses to my emails. Again, if you shop here, make sure to use cash.

So I went down for a amazing event a few weeks ago there in San Antonio. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the professionalism, the beautiful handcrafted art, attire, & and the layout of the store. Was helped by Jacqueline, got to talk a little bit about the place of business, and how it’s a great aspect to the Historical Market Square. If you are looking for a beautiful attire, hand crafted beautiful pieces, I will suggest this place of business to all of my family, & friends. Thank you to the owner for being so sweet n nice to me!
