TLDR; they’ll load you early, load you fast, and load you correctly. This is how every place should be! Arrived 0730 for a 1500 appt. Given a door immediately. Three other trucks were on doors when I arrived. When they were all gone, they started loading my trailer (at 0815). Before I could even finish asking them to load a single in the nose for weight distribution, the loader interrupted and said “no worries at all, we have common sense around here!” Finished loading at 0830. Must be pre-cooled to 34, and watch out for all the driver-less Waymo cars. They are in and out of the south half of the same building. Park in the staging lot to the west of the docks before checking in. Overnight parking seems to be allowed in the staging lot, though I didn’t ask.
As a truck driver, i appreciate a company that is courteous, kind, efficient, and the willingness of the staff at Bay Logistics who are willing to work with you to find solutions on every pick up or delivery... every employee here greets with a smile and a good attitude. That speaks volumes when customer service is the topic of discussion in any business. Thank you, Bay Logistics. Keep up the great work, and God bless......
Appointment was at 1pm after Reading all the reviews at five star I decided to show up early and test the waters to see if they will unload me early plus if you’re early they have a lot. You can park on until they can get you in……….Jaime was a receiving desk Very professional got me right in got me right out slide the tens Ford. They will come out lock your airline and they will give you the bolt cutters to cut off your seal. I see why everybody’s giving a tin star I would definitely do the same they can send me back here anytime
You can’t go wrong with these guys. One of the best receivers I’ve ever seen. Very friendly staff, plenty of room for maneuvering, really fast unloading. Got unloaded 2 hours before my appt time.
What a great experience! They are the dream of every truck driver. Shipping - received.., Nice, fun , respectful people. Fast service. No games here, you check in, get a dock as soon as you get in the hole, supervisor check everything temperature, wheel shock, etc and that's... they start the unloading. Paperwork ready. Came here a few days ago to get loaded and they did not disappoint! Gentleman greeted me with a smile, got me checked in, loaded and out all under 45 minutes which if your a driver, you know is practically unheard of these days! Very easy backing in, even the construction across the lot didn't give me any issues with backing in. I will absolutely be coming back!! Definite 5 stars!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
No exaggeration! The Best Shipper. Easy to find. Building next to street. Logo in upper corner of building so there's no missing it . One entrance same as for cars. Big lot to maneuver. I called the night before from the Pilot to see if they had overnight parking He said no I told him my appointment was not intill 1900 the next night he said if I got there 5:30 am they'd load me. Told him my 34hr restart will be up at 5:30. I'd be there more like 6:30 he said we'll make it work. Got there and was greeted by my loader operator and docked was done loading in 10 min. They are some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with ! Showed up three hours early for my appointment and they loaded me right away !
This plane and these people are the real deal. Showed up 6 hours before my load time and they loaded me in under an hour. Very friendly staff. Thank you guys. PS watch out for Waymo cars lol
