Little confusing on how to get in. Turn on 3rd street behind the warehouse. This road will take your around to the entrance. Other than that it’s a great place and loads you fast.
Checked in 0530 for 0600 appointment, out by 0620. Friendly staff, nice easy load. Next door to the Waymo depot so watch out for them buzzing about.
3rd time here always great! They get you loaded very fast. This time I got here 7 hours early before my appointment time. They put me in a door right away. Bills in hand in under 30 minutes. If all shippers were this great we would have no problems.
I had a delivery here. It was a very good experience. Especially the woman at the receiving office she was so nice explaining everything unloading time fast plus overnight thanks for everything YOU GUYS BEST OFF THE BEST WORKERS
Had a delivery here this morning super easy. Checked in around 6:10am and they had me unloaded by 7. Cool people all around, and the lady in receiving was really sweet. One of the smoother warehouses I’ve been to. Would definitely come back 🫶🏻
Got there 11pm last night and went to bed,woke up at 6 am checked in appointment was at 1 pm was in and out within a half hour, the staff was amazing, the guy from Wisconsin awesome and our loader was great, keep up the good work
The people inside are friendly. They'll take you early, I was about 3 hours ahead of my appointment. Checking in was quick, loading was quick, and checking out was quick. The way it should be. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who checked me in gave me a brief history on the Waymo's. Funny little vehicles, basically death traps. I didn't precool to 34, but they were cool about it. They lock your red line, and double-chock your tires. Extra safe, I guess. I can see why they have mostly 5 stars here. They treat you well, unlike most places. You feel welcome the moment you get here.
Overnight parking after 5pm they close front gate just drive on the other side of building then pull in and park on the dock for night thats how i did it. Thanks
I had breakdown of my truck and delayed but they took meh upon arrival get unloaded less than 10min . I will like to deliver and pickup @Bay logistics for million time . If all companies work like Bay logistics I think all fellow truck drivers will enjoy this industry.
Great experience. Arrived before my appointment time and they unloaded me in 20 minutes. Fast, organized, and respectful staff. In and out with no hassle.
