Very good experience. Our vehicle was picked up within a couple days of requesting a transport and delivered the next day on a 700-mile trip. Excellent communication and customer service.

I have never shipped a vehicle. Being a woman with no shipping experience, I was very anxious about it. I made inquiries and choose Auto Star because Max was professional and didn’t try to sales talk me. Price was good and as quoted. He kept me informed about the transport and in fact didn’t accept a bid because he felt the carrier didn’t have reliable insurance. When details were set up I was provided all the details and the transport went smoothly. The carrier was polite and kept me informed and even delivered my car to my door. I then received a follow up from Max to make sure everything was as promised. I would definitely recommend Auto Star! Thank you! Would use again.

The worse customer experience I ever had. This is just a third party that uses other contractors that you can find on your own to ship your car to PR (or elsewhere). I estimate they incorporate about $600-$900 minimum worth of profit for themselves . I began by working with Max Montalvo, who seemed trustworthy and helpful. The moment I wired the full amount, I was always sent to a random customer service agent to help with any issue. My main goal was to catch a sailing date to avoid further rental costs in PR. I was given every assurance it would happen. As time went on, this plan rapidly deteriorated, including estimations that the vehicle may sit at the port for two weeks until sailing. I understand not over promising but this was a premium service that I trusted could get the job done. They then sent a driver to my house who delayed three times, ultimately never showing up. This cost me time away from work, and staying up late for a driver that he confirmed was on the way. He never showed up. Finally, I told autostar I wanted a refund but for some reason they immediately rescheduled my car to be picked up by someone else. Later I learned they did this to deny me a full refund. The manager, Juan, got into a yelling match with me saying they will keep $595 (later stated by another employee that they wont refund me at all, later stated per the contract they will only keep $495). This company is just in it for the money. The managers will argue with you and I missed the sailing date because of this business. With less notice than the company had I found a driver and confirmed a sailing date by the end of the week.... It was cheaper and easier without them. Shannon and Fernando were very respectful, but the other's mentioned were just down right unprofessional and difficult. I would not recommend this service to others.

The service was very good and I appreciated them. I had a forklift transported. The first company that showed up couldn’t handle it and AutoStar had someone new within the week. Very good service, and the forklift got where it needed to be safely. Much appreciated.

I had a great experience with this auto transport company! They did an excellent job handling my vehicle and the delivery went smoothly. My car arrived in perfect condition and right on time. I hired Autostar transport express after searching online and getting quite a few prices I shipped a new truck from Idaho to Florida, Demerti Varlerga was my Autostar contact and was great he gave me a great price with no bait and switch tactics and did exactly what he said. The carrier picked my truck up within 2 days of hiring them and delivered it super quick. There are a lot of bad reviews out there for every company and it's a tough decision to select a carrier. My experience with Autostar was seamless I would highly recommend them.

Best price I could find and the whole experience was as smooth as can be. The delivery guy was so polite and professional. He even waited cause they arrived so early I wasn’t even off my plane yet. The lady on the phone was so nice, even let me remove my motorcycle last minute at no extra cost.

Working with AutoStar for a car transport from NY to FL went very smoothly. Communication was very good and they worked with my date of choice. I was always kept up to date and the process was clearly explained. The driver himself was also very easy to work with. The car actually made it down to Florida quicker than we did because of our flights. However the driver worked the drop off out with me over the phone while I was at the airport. It could not have worked out any better. I highly recommend AutoStar for their pricing and professionalism.
