Chris was very awesome and very understanding of my situation. Chris and Joshua both kept me update on an ETA. I called Sunday August 30,2020. Put my $50 booking fee witch goes towards your full payment. Monday morning my windshield was in. Joshua did it in a matter of 45 mins. My total cost was $300 including a $20 tip to Joshua. Yes someone took a hammer to my windshield. Edit I forgot to mention they came to me.
STAY AWAY !! This is a shady business practice with no honesty and integrity. The owner came and fixed the windshield but broke the side panel and also my front camera starting complaining after the install. He said the camera is not his fault but he will fix the panel. When I called him multiple times, he eventually answers once saying he bought the part but misplaced it and asked me to buy the part from the dealer. It was a mistake to go with this company, now I have shed a lot more money to get these fixed. I regret not using a reputable company.
Chris gave off a lot of attitude over the phone and was not very pleasant to talk to. Was trying to sell me on a calibration too using condecending language. Could have caught him on a bad day or time, but was not ideal by any means. Quote process was quick at least.
Chris was a very handsome gentleman that did amazing work. He was very quick and the communication was great! I was at work when I got my replacement and the ease of knowing nothing would be affected while they changed my windshield was very assuring. Would 10/10 recommend going with this company!

Called, receptionist was professional and very helpful. James came out and finished two rock chips in 20min or less. Very satisfied with the work and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Chris really helped me out when my windshield was destroyed last night. The turnaround time was so impressive, and I got a shiny new windshield within an hour of him being here. Absolutely phenomenal price as well, insurance can kiss my windshield repair goodbye.
So far so good. I am very happy with the results after my windshield got replaced. Mr. Booker did an excellent job and it was super fast but very professional and also super clean. There is no way I can tell that my windshield was ever broken and there is not even residues of any material after the replacement. Very very clean . I have Zero complains so far and looking at the work done I expect to give zero complains at all in the future . Kudos to FastGlass !!! And Booker, if you read this let me tell you..
