I first met Atty Blanc in my capacity as a Listing Agent on a South Florida deal. The transaction was running smoothly or so I thought. Unbeknownst to me the title examiners on the buy side were looking to challenge a deed transfer in the chain of title that was done by a power of attorney agent. Atty. Blanc was informed of the alleged title defect the evening before our day of closing. Within less than 24 hours Atty Blanc had solved the problem, caused many indemnity documentation, evidences, and transfer documentation to be drafted in order to overcome the title agent and insurance company's legal counsel's presumption that title was defective. She went beyond the call of duty in order to get the deal closed. By the time I found out about the problem that had arisen, it was already solve. The buyer was able to move in as scheduled on closing day. and I was able to secure my commission on closing day. They Buyer's agent too was thrilled. I will always make Atty Blanc my first choice as counsel in any of my transactions because she brings a level of peace of mind and professionalism that I had not ever experienced in my 18 years as a top producing Realtor in South Florida.
