I had a very complicated legal issue involving my purchase of multiple adjacent vacant parcels in a new development out of State. When the matter seemed a total loss I had a chance meeting with the President of Assurance legal. She agreed to see me at no charge to review the matter. In just a few minutes she identified numerous deficiencies on my part as well as the County and mortgage companies. I retained her on the spot. In less than a month my deal was closed with equity. My Dad used to say " there are no problems, its just that there are people without solutions". Assurance legal has solutions. I highly recommend them for peace of mind, expedience and professionalism.
The best of the best in my experiences with legal representation in buying/selling a home. Knowledge is the key and Jennifer’s is second to no one. If you value you time, find someone else. I found Jennifer and Assurance Legal via Metlife Legal Plan. I saw the great Google reviews but my experience turned out to be AWFUL. I called and explained a simple quit claim deed to transfer primary residence to LLC as we are renting the place out. She asked for two case numbers, names and addressed and I provided them within the hour. She then promised it would be done by end of next week. 2 days before the promised completion date, I checked in and her response was what's the address of your LLC again?! She clearly haven't done any significant work. When I got the quit claim deed draft, she got the property ownership wrong but instead of owning up to the mistake and modifying the document, she just told me the service was not covered by the legal plan. When MetLegal said it was! UNPROFESSIONAL.
Jennifer did a great job for me appealing my property tax. She lowered my property tax bill significantly. Her process is easy, smooth, and quick. I'm sure I'll be doing business with her again in three years.
Attorney Blanc did a fabulous job of appealing my property taxes in ways I did not know I qualified for! The process was easy to follow and streamlined for efficiency. Even when I thought I had missed a critical milestone of the appeals process, Attorney Blanc informed me that she already had everything covered. She does a great job, effortlessly.
