Ascend Construction Group

I was recommended Ascend Construction for work needed for a hail damage homeowners insurance claim. I HIGHLY recommend you go with these guys. They handled everything with the insurance company and fought on our behalf to get every penny. Our homeowners insurance company is notoriously a pain to work with, but Ascend took care of everything. The workmanship was excellent, from the new roof, gutters, and exterior painting. Our house looks brand new! Jared was our point of contact at Ascend and is the consummate professional! His communication was excellent, as he made sure the complicated insurance jargon made sense for us. Seriously, stop shopping around and work with Ascend!

Ascend Construction Group was fantastic through my entire claim process (which was a bit clunky, due to my insurance). They kept me informed and communicated quickly along the way. The work is fantastic and they pushed to ensure I got the right claim amts from the adjuster for my high quality shingles. Thanks to them, I'll enjoy an amazing new roof for years to come!

Ascend Construction really worked hard for our insurance claim for a new roof, replacement windows, gutters and paint. They were easy to work with and really focused on what we wanted. They fought the insurance company and really came through for us. We are very pleased and will use them again in the future for all our home improvements!

Our experience working with Chad Williams was wonderful! From start to finish everything was handled professionally and timely. We came home after the painting was finished and our property was so clean you’d never have known anyone had been working here! I highly recommend this company.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Communication is key and Ascend has it in spades. We did a basement remodel and we were informed of everything every step of the way. Also the quality of work was beyond expectation. Chris, Matt, Tommy, Aubrey, Christina and Kareem, Thank you for being total professionals and taking pride in your work. It shows. We will definitely be using Ascend again. I couldn't recommend any higher.

What a great roofing company!! They really went above and beyond to get our claim approved for hail damage with our insurance company when they initially denied our claim. Then they pushed to get it approved so the work could get done before the closing on our house. Ascend brought in extra guys and got two big roofs done on time. Wonderful group of people. All were helpful, kind, generous, and efficient! We highly recommend hiring Ascend Construction Group!! 10 stars!!
