I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I can’t recommend As You Wish for vent and duct cleaning. The first issue was scheduling. I took PTO twice for appointments, only to be told midway through the day that technicians would not be arriving. After I complained about taking a second day off work, they eventually sent technicians later that afternoon. I want to be clear that the two technicians who came to my home were kind, respectful, and appeared hardworking. My frustration is not with them personally, but with the company, its equipment, and the quality of the service provided. After the cleaning, my entire home was left covered in a thick layer of dust — floors, furniture, walls, linens, and even pet items. I’ve now spent days cleaning and am paying additional money to have parts of my home professionally cleaned again. I suffer from asthma, so this has been more than an inconvenience; it has affected my health as well. What surprised me most was the apparent lack of proper containment equipment during the cleaning process. From my understanding now, duct cleaning should not leave your house significantly dustier than before. Even three days later, dust continues settling throughout my home despite repeated cleaning. Again, the technicians themselves were courteous and seemed to do the best they could with what they were given. My issue is with the company’s standards, equipment, and overall service quality. I regret trusting that the necessary tools and procedures would be used, and I cannot recommend As You Wish for this type of work. In hindsight, paying more for a better-equipped company would have saved me time, money, and a great deal of frustration. Photos are from day 4 of daily cleaning, dust continues to fall and settle on furniture. I’ve also called and left messages to no response from the company.

We had an EV Charger installed by another company and the technician failed to install all components of the charger I had purchased. This led me to reach out to As You Wish's Electrical Team - Jon who came out to quote and complete the missing component performed a thorough safety check of our electrical panel and found an issue that could have, over time, been a fire hazard to our home. I was a tad skeptical because, well, the guy who had just been there to install the charger in the first place didn't call this issue out - was this person just trying to upsell me? I did some quick googling and the issue was, in fact, a plausible hazard caused by a plausible error in work done by the team who had put in our solar panels a decade prior. With the help of another team member, Kasey, they provided me all the options for handling (or not) handling the issue. Within 48 hours, Daniel and Peter were at our home installing a new electrical panel. It didn't end there - the Seattle City Light inspector found some issues with the electrical we had done about 3 years back by an independent contractor that needed to be addressed so Kasey came back out to assess and quote the job and, within another day Devon and Manny were out to work on that! Turns out, it was not as straight forward as we thought so they did what they could and arranged to come back the next day to complete the project. Look, it's never fun as a homeowner to plan a simple home upgrade, only to find out you need comprehensive and expensive work done on your home that you weren't planning for - it sucks - but you don't mess around with electrical issues if you want your home to be safe. Not only were all these people well versed in the work they were doing, they came and worked in teams which was impressive. Devon and Manny were particularly nice to have working at our home - they were clear communicators, respectful of our home, and were empathetic when it came to all the bad news they were having to deliver. They worked really smart and efficiently to find the best solution for our issue - they were just really human about it all, which I appreciated. My bank account is much lighter but I'm not mad about it.

We recently completed a total rewire from knob and tube (circa 1927) and a panel upgrade. The total project included 4 floors and about 4000 SQFT of our home. Devon, Juan, and Alex made up the core team with support from Peter and John. The project was completed in under 2 weeks, with minimal patch work. The electricians were very knowledgeable, they worked well together, and made appropriate suggestions based on their experiences. Everyone was respectful of our home and cleaned up each day before leaving. Devon addressed challenges that arose effectively and efficiently. He also kept me informed of all progress made each day. The team went above and beyond our expectations and were a pleasure to work with.

John is an excellent electrician who is personable, professional and is a great employee of As You Wish. His apprentice, Alex, was also great. He worked hard and was very helpful and kind.

I can't speak highly enough about the team of Vince and David at AYW. The spent three days redoing the wiring of my 1911 home. They were on time, courteous, responsive to my questions and kept a clean jobsite. Wonderful team and excellent work!

As You Wish Electric provided prompt and competent service. Jonathan completely upgraded the breaker box to bring it up to code and also replaced several electrical outlets upgrading them to GFCI. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and cares about doing the best and safest job possible.The company provides outstanding communication as well.

The team did an incredible job upgrading our electrical panel and subpanels! Throughout the process they stayed in touch before the upgrade day, communicated well while they were here, and they were such a great team. Their communication excellence didn't just extend to us, they were also fantastic with each other. They all knew what to do, when to do it, and what to do when our house threw a curveball(needed to have outside vs inside panel). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend using As You Wish! John did a great job. Super professional, quick, and super good at explaining/educating for the questions I had. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Eric & Mike were on-time, efficient, and very professional and personable. They pulled new wire about 75 feet to upgrade a sub-panel and add an EV charger. I’d use As You Wish again in a heartbeat.

Great Experience with Kennady! Had a great experience with attentive customer service and reliability from the very beginning g. My HVAC technician Kennady was great, aside from being just plain nice he was thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt. They do the business the old-fashioned way. Great customer service and great prices. And follow through I will using them again!
