James was patient and explained my options for electrical panel power surge protector and fire protection. He also explained other services provided such as water heater. Initially I was only doing the power surge protector, but was good to learn about the fire protection and went with that as well.

Larenzo and Juan arrived within the time frame. I had driveway lights installed with 8 on one side and 4 on the other side. With their suggestions, they distributed the lights so they became more symmetrical. They completed the job fast even though I had a damaged cord and had to go and buy a new one. At one point, I looked out the window and saw them on their knees smoothing out the dirt around the lights.They helped me load the information into my phone so I could make changes via the app. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am very pleased!

John and Tanner really helped us in a pinch! They did very professional work and helped us protect our home. They came in and left it better than they found it.

I called around 8am and was able to get on the waitlist for a possible cancellation. By 9am there was a tech dispatched out to my home. Nathan arrived shortly afterwards and was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I called to get a burned outlet replaced and a few other outlets that weren’t working. Nathan was able to get the job done efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I also asked for a quote to replace all outlets and switches and will be scheduling that visit next. I would highly recommend Nathan to family and friends.

We needed a couple of exterior motion detectors replaced. Although it wasn’t an emergency, we were eager to get it done quickly. How about same day service! Jon and Fredo were knowledgeable, competent and worked together to complete our install in just a few hours. It was great working with Jon again and wonderful to have Fredo help. We would recommend this company for busy people who need prompt reliable service.

After watching a neighbor go through a very costly sewer line repair, I thought I should have my line camera scoped to ensure I could mitigate any problems before they turned into that kind of a disaster. I called As You Wish to inquire about the price of the scope and was given a price that I thought very low but I thought perhaps new tech had made the operation very simple, so I accepted the price and booked the appointment. I was assigned Sean W. as my technician. When Sean showed up, he seemed unaware what I’d booked the appointment for. In course of telling him what I wanted, I recounted the pricing conversation I’d had with the rep who booked the appointment for me. That took Sean by surprise as well; the price I’d been quoted was drastically lower than the normal price of conducting a camera scope on a sewer line. That said, Sean said he would honor the price I’d been quoted. He didn’t have a camera scope with him but he found one in Renton he could go get. Off he went, returning in about an hour with the scope and we went into the crawl space to access the cleanout part of the sewer line. After several tries and even heating up the “cap” of the cleanout with a blow torch, it was clear to both of us that he wasn’t going to be able to get it off without breaking something. It probably hasn’t been taken off since the 1960’s when the house was moved here. We talked through other options to access the sewer line but they all involved costly fixes of something that wasn’t broken. The conversation was very educational for me though—Sean helped me verify the type of sewer line I have and the likelihood (low) that I would have any problems with it based on its type and location, a diagram for which he was able to pull up from the City of Seattle’s resources. While in the end, Sean wasn’t able to complete the work I’d booked, he was very helpful and spent time necessary for me to gain as much peace of mind as possible without having the scope done. I offered to pay the base charge for a service call but he refused it. As You Wish has some improvements to make on the booking/quoting part of their services but Sean was a patient, professional and helpful technician. If I ever do need plumbing help, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Sean do the job.

Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He provided three options for replacement of my old heat pump. The prices were competitive with other estimates I had. The very next day a crew showed up, took out the old unit for recycling, and installed the new outside unit and new coil under my gas furnace. As You Wish also had very good communication from the estimate to when the service technicians were on their way.

Kennedy and this apprentice were very professsional and pleasant during their furnace tune-up service call. They pointed some useful things out to me about our system and thoughtfully answered my questions. Photos of all equipment labels showing make and model numbers were emailed to me. They even wore protective booties over their shoes when they entered the house! Nice work guys.

Michael and Rick were fantastic, professional, friendly and did amazing work. We had a huge plumbing problem under the house and we were able to get scheduled right away. Highly recommend, they did great work.

Eric and Alex were excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable. Rewired the entire house in less than a week!
