John and Tanner really helped us in a pinch! They did very professional work and helped us protect our home. They came in and left it better than they found it.
The HVAC person, Rich S., they sent was personable, engaging, thorough and answered all my questions. I asked him to do the HVAC on my mother’s home a couple of days away and their admin person was able to schedule it so that Rich will be the one coming over to do maintenance there as well. I will certainly think about calling your company again for HVAC purposes. I am looking to get some quotes on a possible switch from gas furnace to heat pump and possibly upgrade the electrical panel on my mother’s home just because of the good representation of your company/impression that HVAC Rich showed me today.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I called them because we needed both a furnace inspection and a duct cleaning. Jah-Jah was the technician that did the Sparky’s preventative maintenance service. When he arrived, he explained the entire process and what to expect during his visit. He inspected both my gas furnace (not easy to get to) and heat pump on the outside, gave our system a clean bill-of-health. Very thorough, cleaned the area where he was working, highly recommend. Adrian was the technician that handled the duct cleaning the next day. When he arrived, he also explained the entire process and what to expect. He also was very kind to my kid that was running around, trying to touch stuff, and asking what he was doing. His service was also exceptional. After removing/cleaning/reinstalling each vent cover, he vacuumed the area to make sure it was clean. Also very thorough, also highly recommended.
We are very pleased with our experience with As You Wish. We had a complete rewire . Eric did a great job, as did each of the assistants . My experience with As You Wish has been amazing. Everyone has been helpful across many services and they know what they are talking about. In particular, Larenzo and and Manuel were exceptional when installing the electrical for my outdoor sauna. They were super kind, informative, and did great work! As someone that owns a service business myself, I cannot say enough good things about As You Wish!!!
Jah was our technician for our AC tune up, and he was great! He was very thorough, explained things clearly, and walked me through different options to consider as next steps. He was also very kind, courteous and respectful of our home. We’ve used As You Wish for various things over the years and are always happy with the service.
Larenzo and Juan arrived within the time frame. I had driveway lights installed with 8 on one side and 4 on the other side. With their suggestions, they distributed the lights so they became more symmetrical. They completed the job fast even though I had a damaged cord and had to go and buy a new one. At one point, I looked out the window and saw them on their knees smoothing out the dirt around the lights.They helped me load the information into my phone so I could make changes via the app. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am very pleased!
Michael and Rick were fantastic, professional, friendly and did amazing work. We had a huge plumbing problem under the house and we were able to get scheduled right away. Highly recommend, they did great work.
Kennedy and this apprentice were very professsional and pleasant during their furnace tune-up service call. They pointed some useful things out to me about our system and thoughtfully answered my questions. Photos of all equipment labels showing make and model numbers were emailed to me. They even wore protective booties over their shoes when they entered the house! Nice work guys.
