I scheduled my 902 exam at this location, received a confirmation email for my appointment only to show up and be told that the center is closed. One of the guys who works here told the security guard to tell me to call back when they open up to reschedule my time. Monday is here, their next business day and I am calling trying to reschedule my appointment. Called several times. It wasn't until I found a different number and reached a woman who worked there who tells me that the location is closed until the 15th and that I would have to reschedule at that time. I asked her why the location would be so bad at communicating this to people, especially during a time where the CompTIA 901 and 902 exam series is retiring at the end of this month. Very unhappy with the service I got from this center.
