It is the best testing center! they were closed because of maintenance. now they are open six days a week. I am satisfied with their service.
This is the greatest place to be knowledgeable all round on IT, the staffs are highly friendly, professional and holistic knowledge about what they provide. Due to its convenient location and a wonderful testing center I choose American tech Inc.
I had to take a test, everything went well. But, I didn't like the way they took pictures. And, you should always try to arrive at the building 20mns early, because I took time to get access to the building(and the floor), and that's different to the test checking process...
Took my CCNA exam here. Service was fine but testing room needed air conditioning.
This is a very professional and highly established institution. The staff are friendly and courteous. The fact that it is in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring makes it central and convenient. It is a great testing center. I wouldn't mind coming back and testing there.
My salesperson, Mike, was very professional and courteous on the second and follow up meetings. He was punctual both times and very patient with me while I wrapped up a business call. He gave a superb presentation and demonstration of the roofing and attic insulation products America Tech offers. Because of his very informative review, I was sold on the quality of the products America Tech offers and decided to become a customer. I look forward to the installation and completion of the job.
