I have been going to All Natural Day Spa, formerly La Concha for many years. The staff have always been amazing, very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and talented staff. Oralia has been my massage therapist from the start and appreciate her excellent customer service and magical fingers!!
Terrible experience for my wife. I bought her a shiatsu hot stone. The message therapist never asked her how hard she'd like it until my wife was in so much pain and got up from table and said please stop. My wife was soar and uncomfortable for next week. Will never go back. Overall the facility is unorganized and not willing to take accountability.
It's been a little less than a year since I've been to All Natural Day Spa. It was an okay experience. Although I enjoyed the experience while I was there and was very relaxed, the woman who helped me was a little aggressive and I had a few bruises on my legs the next day. So, I haven't returned.
I had a great experience at this location. Gloria is the one who gave me the massage & she was great!!! She was very knowledgeable, explained what she was doing and what it did, and had amazing customer service! Because of her i will be going again!
I love All Natural Day Spa! I have visited this spa several times now and wouldn't consider going to another. I especially enjoy the group party services... perfect for a relaxing day with my girlfriends and I. The All Natural team is experienced, professional, and make the experience very relaxing! Love it!
Omg I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage from Oralia ♥️♥️♥️ My fist time there and it was the best massage I ever had. Lupita was so informative and sweet, I left there felling like they were my familia. Love love those two ladies, next up a body scrub and facial, I can’t wait. What a cute little gem in willow glen, thank you thank you Oralia and lupita♥️♥️♥️
I came here a few times for a facial and I loved the atmosphere. The ladies were very comfortable to be around and they make an effort to strike up conversation. It was a relaxing experience and my face looked glowing after the facial. I will definitely come back the next time i'm in SJ!
I was just commenting how much I miss this place and our tea parties with friends ... such great service!!! Lupita always takes such good care of us and all the masseurs are wonderful. As soon as it is safe to we will be booking our next one!
