All Natural Day Spa

My new favorite neighborhood spa ! I've been coming here for prenatal massages for several months and really love the homey atmosphere. I also got a facial and waxing service from Alex which was exellent. Luis and Gloria give incredible, relaxing massages to help you feel restored. Everything is very clean, tidy and a gem here in Willow Glen - highly recommend !

I have been going to All Natural Day Spa, formerly La Concha for several years. I have brought several different people with me on different visits, and we have always been very pleased with our services. The facility is clean, the staff friendly, and they know what they are doing. I have issues with my sciatic nerve and all natural day spa is the only place I will allow to work on it. One time I went and my friend told them it was my birthday. They went and got a cupcake for me so it was waiting when I was done. Excellent spa that I never hesitate to recommend!

My fiance and I returned again for another couples massage, and it was sooo worth it. We've both been pretty stressed and tired - beyond the usual - so a massage was definitely in order. Steven was my therapist, and I have to say it was the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, and he definitely concentrated on my neck and shoulders, where I hold most of my tension. Sigrid was my fiance's therapist, and he only had great things to say about her, too. We'll be returning again! Overall, I feel like I'm more in tune with my body and ready to treat it right. If I could afford it, I'd join their membership plan. It'll have to wait until after the wedding. Do your mind and body a favor and visit All Natural day spa. :) Thanks for another relaxing and calming experience, All Natural day spa!

I love coming to this spa! It is hands down the best one I have ever visited. The atmosphere both inside and out is just wonderful. They diffuse essential oils in the lobby to help you relax before your treatment even begins, and it smells like heaven! So far I've experienced a mini facial and a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and they were both to die for. The staff are all so wonderful and friendly, they make you feel right at home!! I will forever be a customer.

I went here for the 60-minute facial and honestly was kinda disappointed, especially because I had a mini facial here about four years ago that was very good. I was told the facial would include massage for the neck, back, and hands, but the massage portion felt extremely minimal and my hands weren’t even touched. At one point, the aesthetician left for around 15 minutes with the steam nozzle blowing directly onto my face. It became uncomfortable, and even though I tried calling out, nobody came. I eventually had to adjust it away myself. The extraction portion also felt poorly handled. I was naturally reacting to the painful procedure and almost immediately the aesthetician asked if I wanted to skip extractions altogether- which seemed impatient. When I questioned it, the response felt defensive rather than reassuring. I understand extractions are painful, but I’ve had aestheticians who were much more patient and considerate during the process. Lastly, the spa room surprisingly noisy, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the 60-minute facial just felt like a slower version of the mini facial — without any meaningful added benefit, and with a noticeably less thoughtful and caring experience.

Nice facility, good menu of services, but the day I was there I experienced a number of negative staff members that openly complained about their day, their job and their customers in front of other customers in the lobby. I understand that everyone has bad days, but complaining loudly in front of clients in a therapeutic setting is not acceptable. The staffs’ behavior made the experience less relaxing than I would expect from a spa experience. My therapist even complained about me, not knowing my girlfriend was in the lobby as she did. When my girlfriend told the receptionist that she felt the behavior was unprofessional, the reply was that she will give him a $25 discount... The 90 minute massage was OK. I do appreciate that she discounted a deep tissue to a Swedish price due to a lack of working out knots.

Love this spa! Discovered it with my hubby many years ago, before it changed names. Location is wonderful, close enough to stop by after a hard day in the office, or on a weekend. Perfect for couples, girlfriends or just some much needed me time! Over the years I have hosted spa parties here for birthday celebrations & Mother's Day, everything has always been great! We normally come in for massage, hot tub, sauna, sometimes a facial or a relaxing mineral bath, we have never been disappointed! Staff always very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will keep coming here to unwind for years to come!

Alicia's massages are AMAZING! She does great deep tissue. Quite possible the best deep tissue massage therapist I've had (and I have seen a lot). I'm not super impressed with the customer service though. They aren't necessarily rude, but don't seem very friendly.

I have been going to All Natural Day Spa for years, even before the name change. This spa is an excellent value. The facility is very clean. The owner is very outgoing and personal. The staff caters to your every need and keep you comfortable. Going there feels just like home. I always get the Swedish massage. I always walk away very happy that I went they. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. My daughter bought me a massage and facial gift certificate as a Christmas gift. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful. My massage was relaxing and healing. The facial felt wonderful and left my face looking great.
