Very bad experience! Disorganized bunch! Made an appointment with me rather fast; so I canceled my trip and rushed across town to meet the "estimator" Bryce.....appointment was at 11:30, I waited until 11:46 to call the office and nobody knew anything??? I was told I'd get a call back, I waited onsite until 12:05, finally giving up in disgust. Later on a lady from the office called and left a message that he wouldn't be able to come; that he was on his way to Orange Park. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very disorganized company.

Very professional and courteous. Arrived at the set time. The two technicians were great, polite and did a great job. I was very pleased with the price and the results of the work done.

As a residential customer I can’t say enough positive about this company. Project Manager/Estimator Brice, Rachel (office), Electricians: Steve, David,Hector, & Cameron. Brice was spot on with our estimate & worked with us daily as safety issues were found & helped us prioritized as our project changed & evolved. When the deposit payment was due we asked and Brice worked with us to keep cost down having us pay with a check(saving percentage on card fee). I was recovering from a major illness and all of the workers wore masks to help protect me. Brice & labors worked with our 50’s home as challenging issues arose & made sure EVERYTHING was safe, up to code & insurance ready! Our new install list included recessed kitchen lighting(meaning crawling in tiny, tight attic space & working around old Sheetrock), fans (14 foot cathedral ceilings where no electricity existed), GFI outlets & switches. The crew found & replaced exterior old burned out wires, rerouted outlets to new spot, replaced shorting out exterior light fixtures, GFI breakers, took down someone’s DIY outside lanai light, added dimmer switches, etc. The workers were on time everyday over the course of a week and a half (except for one day which Brice responded quickly to let me know an emergency job happened that morning.) When something wasn’t quite right the electricians changed it & the crew cleaned up after each days work. They did basic Sheetrock repair around old and new install areas. They came back to trouble shoot one of the new fans vibration issues & took the time to safety checked an electric range that was sending out sparks when we turned on the burner. This is a honest, professional & trust worthy company all around that goes the extra mile for the customer. I can’t recommend this company enough & will be hiring them again when my budget allows for more electrical updates.

Excellent electricians. I have been trying to get a whole house surge protector installed correctly for years. I had one installed years ago but I found out recently it was installed incorrectly and wasn't protecting anything. My insurance company required me to remove the double wires on a breaker that was part of the original incorrect installation. The company (not this one) charged me 350 because they didn't have the correct parts and had to go look for them at 175/hour. I contacted Advanced Electric of North Florida and explained the situation. I spoke with Bryan who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and responsive. I have an old panel that requires a certain type of breaker, which is no longer made in the same dimensions as the original. Advanced has a complete stock of everything that was needed for the job. The job went smoothly and quickly with no service interruption which was fantastic considering it's 95 degrees out. These are my new go to electricians and I can recommend them to everyone.

Advance Electric was fantastic through the entire process from the estimate to completion. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I’m having a pool installed and needed electric run from my inside panel to the pool panel. I had 4 different companies come out for an estimate, 2 quoted me extremely high for the work I needed done. Brice came out to take a look at what I needed, he sent me the proposal shortly after, it was just the right price and very reasonable for what I needed done. Additionally, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was scheduled and completed, (within 2 weeks from the estimate) all the other companies couldn’t guarantee a timeframe of when they’d be able to start and complete the work. Communication through the entire process was outstanding and their team of electricians where all about business and getting the job done right; I highly recommend their business! Lightning hit a tree in our side yard and took out the electrical cable to our house and in our house. It was a mess. Advanced Electric was recommended to us by a very reliable source. We are so glad we went with them. Once scheduled, they were prompt and professional. They even sent 2 crews to get the job done in 1 day. They scheduled city inspection for the next day and by the end of day 2 we had our power back on and an electrical system that was up to code. I highly recommend them. Good people who do great work. Advanced installed two exterior floodlights, 3 light fixtures on a metal pergola, and 3 exterior outlets; and did the electrical hook up for our new hot tub. It required one day of underground wiring and main panel prep, and a return visit two weeks later to complete install. The job was challenging, and a couple things had to be reworked to accommodate the back plates of the fixtures we had chosen, but the Advanced techs stuck with it until we got just what we wanted. The company representatives were impressive, from our estimator, Brice, who was very responsive re our many questions and budgetary concerns, to the friendly, helpful and hard working techs who did the work so well, and completely cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend this company.
