Very fast unloading, I mean really fast. I have never seen in my trucking life that speed. Also they checked me in earlier than my appointment time. Thank you guys!
I am came at 12:30 pm to do delivery and now is 4:02 pm and i am still at the dock worse place. They are so slow, if you don’t want waste time don’t cone here
For all owner operator driver please don’t take load from its company the are playing to much i wast my time and my energy driving 65 miles to get here in my time my appointment time 10am i come here 9:50am i been here till 11:40am they say my load schedule to 4pm And im leaving empty to ohio Please don’t come here anymore
Employee at shipping office was attentive and courteous. Their driveway should be made wider. Light at loading doors are always red; back up to a loading door and leave on red. They don't switch them to green. This is an accident waiting to happen.
[DELIVERY] pass the gate via intercom —-> check-in & het a door at the office (sometimes, need to stay in staging area) —-> park & wait for unloading —-> paperwork at the office *** unprofessional & poor management *** 6 hours in total
Great place! Checking in was quick and easy. Got my door, was loaded and paperwork within a hour. Really nice place to pick up from. Nice staging area with u-turn so no blindside needed. Thanks!
From my experience They let me in the yard at 630, in a door by 7 and they started unloading at 715. My appt was for 8am. Bring ur CDL for check in and fill out form.
Waited 3 hours to get door Won’t give door so they don’t have to load another truck before their shift end Will waste driver time
Had a 10:00am appointment. Got here about 10 mins early and immediately got out in a door and they literally unloaded my 53’ trailer in 12 minutes!!! Great place to deliver to!
They usually unload within 2 hours on appointment time. Gate opens at 6:30AM park in the back and check in bing your CDL inside too and seal after parked to the door
