Partnered with Action Pak to make a powdered electrolyte product. Eric and Ben were extremely helpful and flexible. Would highly recommend!
This place is very poor management. They worry about wrong things when you step in to there place. They want to fire everybody for little petty thing. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND MISGUIDED!!!! ONLY WORRY ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THE LONGEST. Not professional at all. They talk to people like anything .
DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TRUCKERS. Lazy lady in the office said they are too busy to answer the phones but they’re able to order food and take smoke breaks. Been here for over 6 hours waiting to deliver. A bunch of other trucks are waiting too. These people are Super Lazy here. I sincerely hope they shut this place down. They do not care about the truckers who come there to pick up or deliver. So why do they need business? I hope someone looks into this facility. Out of all the places I’ve been to, this is by far THEE worst.
They’ll call you by appointment time, pull up to gate shipping and receiving is first door in right, fill out form and they’ll call you. Park behind the trailers on the left in dirt lot. Once you back in the come out and tell you when they are done, drive up to shipping door and get your paperwork. Nice people just don’t expect to get loaded early. No complaints
Very slow unloading. 10 am appointment arrived 9:30am. It’s now 12:40 pm and still waiting to get unloaded. Not even busy here very few trucks but After every truck employees are out there smoking. I am worried I might miss my next pickup.
Arrived here 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time because I was not the original driver on the load. It took the crew approximately 2 hours before I was placed on a door and then another 1.5 hours to load and 30 mins for paper work. My delivery appointment was missed because of the slow paced, low energy crew who works here. Not a good place for loads if you are a owner-op. Good for hourly deivers...eg FedEx, UPS etc.
Checked in 940 for 11 delivery out by 1110. Did not wait much to get dock. Make u turn (entry on ur left) n dock. Very polite n efficient office people.
I've never been here before. I've received my door at 11:20 for loading and I left the company at 13:10. In the office I got good service and available restroom for drivers. I'm not sure what may be unloading time is long. I see a lot of one-star (negatives)from other drivers, but I was satisfied today. 5 stars.
